Tire shredded with first 50 miles of trip. Even though we were in a large metroplex - San Antonio Austin - it took 4 hours to get us back on road. If there was a spare, we could have easily replaced the defective tire we were given. It was appropriate that U-Haul refunded our fee.george S.

There could be a small layer of insulation added to the back of the cab to help regulate temperature in the cab and cut down on road noise coming in. The road noise problem was the biggest drawback. After a day of driving with all of that noise coming through my ears were ringing and I wasn't even able to have the radio on.Troy M.

The drop off location was very far from my home. I passed multiple locations that were very significantly closer. The drop off location's opening time was 10:00 AM but my deadline for drop off was 9:00 AM. If I used the drop box instead of waiting to hand the keys off in person I would have been charged a $20 convenience fee.William M.

This facility was primarily an auto repair place. There was one person running it. He was nice but did not have time to answer the phone when I called to make sure they were open when I wanted to drop off my trailer. After being on hold with the renting facility for 15 minutes, I already arrived at the location and found it to be open. Not the best experience from U-Haul as far as customer service.Richard M.

The businesses website said they were open on Saturday. When I got there the open sign was on but all doors were locked. I knocked till someone answered. Said they were closed but I could drop it off out back and return it online. While doing that someone came out and detached the trailer and put it inside the locked fence. I would recommend this location if you are not renting or returning a 26 foot trailer as parking was very limited to something this big. I had to drive around the block and park front bumper to front bumper to another 26 foot truck! Other then this the male employee was friendly and very helpful!!Natalie W.

Truck was full of small roaches. Attendant killed them with a broom but when i got home to pack there were still scores of roaches in the loading area. I had to clean and dissenfect which prolong my available time to load.DAVID R.

Make sure the location is a clean and reputable,. The pickup location was very dirty and unprofessional. They wanted my diver license and credit card and did not have an office that you could watch the transaction. I denied letting them have my credit card because they did not want me to go in because of insurance reasons. Very sketchy people to deal with!!!PHILLIP W.

The location does not have WIFi available to the public when you must complete your sign-in and completion. This is very inconvenient. The location did not have any moving blankets so I was sent to a second store. It is a garage not focused enough on Uhaul.WENDY S.

Received confirmation for pickup at a different location on Par Booker road. Would NOT recommend that location. Uhaul customer service on the phone is terrible. Had to wait on hold for an hour and being transferred twice. On the way to Dallas area, trailer had a tire blow out. Uhaul website not working (would not even load) to get assistance. Our insurance had to send tow truck to tow to next town. Uhaul again has terrible service. To have your website down on a Sunday is ridiculous!!!!Bradly A.
