Received confirmation for pickup at a different location on Par Booker road. Would NOT recommend that location. Uhaul customer service on the phone is terrible. Had to wait on hold for an hour and being transferred twice. On the way to Dallas area, trailer had a tire blow out. Uhaul website not working (would not even load) to get assistance. Our insurance had to send tow truck to tow to next town. Uhaul again has terrible service. To have your website down on a Sunday is ridiculous!!!!Bradly A.
