charles mPeople were great picking up and returning. Easy in and out. Trailer had a bunch of stuck on leaves like they’d blown in and got rained on or last renter didn’t clean out but doesn’t matter one bit.

MARY JI returned the vehicle 3/4 full and learned that there's no incentive to return it with fuel. This doesn't make any sense. Broken process. Otherwise, staff is excellent and the truck was very easy to use. We had everything we needed for our move.

Joshua BI rented the van from a different location that i normally go to. When i showed up there was no van available. Retailer called UHaul and 5 minutes later had a van available at a different location 4 miles away. appreciate Uhaul fixing the problem.
David SI showed up a bit early (7:45 AM) to pick up a vehicle trailer, but the gentleman at the store was more than willing to offer help then and there. He was polite, kind, and knowledgeable about towing and the equipment in general. He also offered to extend my rental period for free. Nothing but good things to say about the experience and this location. The trailer was very stable on the highway, no wobble at all unloaded and loaded with a 5000 LB Land Rover. The wheel strap ratchets were easy to use and very secure. The ramps were easy to deploy, load the vehicle, and stow back away.

Paul BImprove your Pick up by phone app. I have used U-Haul many times. But when I tried to complete the pick up using the app. They would not accept my info. Requested by Passport!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had to get them to open early. Which they did. Cudos to them but you cost me an hour of valuable time.

Walter LIt would be much more convenient to have the vehicle gas tank full for each rental. The estimate of the number of gallons needed to bring the tank back up to the 3/4 it was when picked up was helpful but I nonetheless ended up returning the truck with at least an extra 1/8 of the tank more than was actually required.

HANS HWe always get excellent, prompt customer service at the Produce Barn. It’s a convenient spot to pick up a Uhaul and we can pick up everything else we need there, too- from tools to hardware to a deli sandwich.
Steffani KStill waiting on a call after being overcharged on my last rental. It’s been 3 days and multiple calls to customer service but the GM in Northboro, MA apparently doesn’t like to talk to customers. I’m about to escalate my issue to social media, the BBB and local regulators. Your “bait and switch” tactics along with blatant overcharging need to be stopped.
