Joseph CTruck didn't seem that reliable and I was not aware that it was pay per mile until actual pickup. The original quote was just 20/day....so it was misleading.

Steven Plotsa of runaround from original dealer who suddenly did not have the van I wanted .Made arrangement with this dealer but forgot to specify 3 days. New dealer did not have van for 3 days either, stuck me with 10 foot truck which was totally unsatisfactory. Too hard to get in and out. Too hard to load/unload. Difficult to get into rear. Will NEVER get this truck again! Glad this is over!

Karen NParking the u-haul was horrible. Had to submit a bunch of pictures. Waste of my time we had been moving all day and the last thing I wanted to do was deal with taking pictures. This should have been someone elses job where is my refund!!!

David WReservation changed at the last minute causing me to drive across town 3 times to pick up truck, then car carrier, then back to get my car. And you could not transfer car carrier as it was a different department.

Tom MThe UHaul app did not work well...after waiting 15 minutes for my identity to be confirmed via the app the owner of the store kindly came out and got me on my way via the traditional paper method. The app needs work but a very nice guy at this location.

David DIt’s a van so I didn’t expect it to be immaculate clean. It worked fine and got the job done. One critique I have is to clean the windows,inside and out. It became difficult to see when the sun was in a certain location
