I picked up the truck at 4pm, drove all the way home to find that the U-Haul agent had not removed the back door lock. I tried calling the number given on the document, it said it was no longer listed and a wrong number. Drove all the way back there, the guy gave some lame excuse that the phone number says that when it after 5pm when they close. I called before 5pm. He removed the lock. The truck's windscreen was filthy and had not been cleaned- I spent half an hour cleaning all the bugs off the windscreen. This was a car wash I picked the truck up from. I went to deliver the truck back at 5.30pm the next day, the car wash was closed and there was nowhere to access the grounds to leave the truck. I came back and delivered the truck at 8.30 am- Why I am charged a full day, when I returned it 8 hours early?Anita V.
It took 40 minutes to get our truck and they didn't have the equipment we had requested in the booking. They tried to get us to drive somewhere else to pick up a dolly that we had requested but we declined. The truck was also completely empty of gas. They gave us a $35 dollar refund for that but it was nerve racking to drive it out of the lot with no gas in the tank. Honestly the people are so nice here that I feel bad saying negative things but it was just so disorganized. It added more stress to an already stressful day.Viana P.

U-Haul's online system did not have a properly updated time chart of when equipment could be returned to this location. I learned after arriving to pick up that I wouldn't be able to drop off at the time I had planed for. Location was fine, it wasn't their fault. But online reservation charts need to be up to date to avoid this issue. Thanks teamBlaine O.
The rep who took the keys checked millage and told my son he was good to go. Almost a week later they called me to ask me where the keys were after loosing them and charged me additional $400.Ayala T.
This particular location reduced my 4 hour reservation to 3 hours. I didn't have much choice I needed a truck. The battery died and the location I rented from had no working phone number I could find. I also had to use AAA because uhaul roadside assistance stopped responding. So... a bad experience overall.Matthew M.
