Anna SThe man was very nice and helpful but he didn’t really know what he was doing. The truck was dirty in the cab and in the back. And the gas tank was not full.
JENNIFER PI dropped the truck off on a Sunday. The decrepit trailer was undistinguishable as a u-haul site. Printed out papers in the one window that wasn't boarded up, directed you to another u-haul site for assistance and did not tell you what to do if doing a self return. I tried to call the phone number (360-824-3772) three times for the drop off location, but the call was listed as disconnected once, did not go through once, and then finally went to voice mail. I requested a return phone call and was never contacted by the owner. All-in-all I received horrible service from this location. PS Half a block up the street is a u-haul storage place that was a pleasure to work with, it was clean, and well staffed it looked professional.

Barbara AWe dropped off the vehicle and put the keys in the lockbox since this is not a full-blown U-Haul and they close early. The morning after, we received a call from Eddie demanding we come move the vehicle or it would be towed as it was blocking the gas station. We did not park it anywhere close to the gas station. Apparently someone at the drop off location moved the U-Haul there and had not checked us in yet. Eddie promised us a call back in a couple of hours so we would not worry. I had to call Eddie 3 times for updates and didn't get it resolved until the NEXT day. This panic was unnecessary and unacceptable!
