Rental agreement was changed during check out. Went from having 111 miles allotted, down to 77. And when all was said and done with the move, used 111.3 miles. Now being charged for the extra milage that I was originally allotted, so uhaul has lost my business due to shady practices.

Good Morning, I just wanted to talk to you about my experience with the mobile uhal pick up. I first want to say Brittany was extremely pleasant to work with, she was able to price adjust our pick up to a better price and was amazing. Now your mobile pick up was one of the worst experiences I have ever experienced in my life. We sat with my 1 year old son in the car for an hour because we were on hold with customer service to not answer us for 45 minutes and finally after 45 minutes I got someone to respond to me via CHAT not phone. After I spoke to three different people on the phone. All because they couldn't verify my identity which I did the day before by the way. This was awful and I can not stress enough how bad this was, I didn't want to do mobile pick up but you had no 20' trucks at an open location... and I will NEVER do it again.

Very friendly. Even though I reserved a truck for 2 days I was told by this location that I had until Monday at 9am to drop it off. Well I dropped it off Monday at 830am and was charged for an extra day. It is always something with uhaul. I will never use uhaul again.

A service repair individual at the pick-up site should check the tires and truck maintenance before renting a truck or vehicle to a customer. Road worthiness should be expected, especially the tires. We had no idea the valve (and/or valve extension) on the tire (inside tire on driver's side) was damaged and would not allow the tire to take air until we got on the highway and noticed a low tire. This was disappointing news, especially when we had only been on the road approximately 35-40 minutes and had barely gotten started on our trip from Shelbyville, KY to Monroe, LA. U-Haul sent roadside service assistance but it took approximately 2 hours (an initial 88 minutes then an additional 38 minutes) before roadside service arrived and we were near by a large city, Louisville, KY. We learned from roadside service that the tires are stored at a U-Haul location in Southern Indiana. The main reason for the long wait. Unfortunately, ironically, and sadly the roadside service tire repair man lived in the vicinity were the U-Haul was waiting to have the tire checked and repaired. Understandably, he decided to retrieve a new tire from the southern Indiana U-Haul site for that just-in-case scenario the tire was damaged or flat. We wished a representative from U-Haul roadside service would have told us the repairman made the decision to retrieve a tire and then come to the site where were waiting for roadside service. We would have understand and would have been less frustrated.

They had no way to put the trailer on the ball, and I tore a tendon in my back trying to put it on. I had to come back later when someone was available to help. Also, the enclosed trailer leaked and my mattress got all wet. When I turned it in I was told the trailers are "water resistant " and sometimes things get wet. Not what I expected.

The strapping was frozen and it was tied a knot. The ratchets we're not well lubricated and were difficult to undo. I had to stop a few times to secure the load because of Ratchet failure

There were no pads inside the U-Box. I was able to stop by a different site (Joey's Warehouse Sales in Frankfort, KY) and pick up the pads. Joey's staff was very nice and helpful.

Location was hard to find, but personal service was given and polite. My issue was with the headlights of truck, rented in daylight. After dark headlights were dim and out of adjustment!!! Oily film on windshield and it rained on trip, had to pull off road in heavy rain!! Trip became very tense and long.

I was charged for insurance even though when I made the reservation online I declined it. I realize I should have read the agreement before signing it, but really, who does that. I will be more careful next time I rent and not expect someone not to add on additional charges
