U-Haul should provision a credit for leaving fuel in the truck, as I filled the truck nearly full only to find out that I essentially lost $50 of gas in what I didn't use. I could have filled my car from empty with that. This is a U-Haul policy and is unrelated to this specific location.Aaron B.

The vehicles were not checked in from the weekend so I could not get my reservation when I needed to. The mobile app did not recognize the location, nor could I search for it. The vehicle was filthy. It took until the next day for my updated billing statement to be sent to me even though I returned the vehicle within 2.5 hours of rental.joseph H.

The vehicle we received was a 2007 model 26 foot truck and should not have been rented to a customer traveling to Florida. The vehicle had white tape covering the U-Haul logo on the left side. It appeared to be covering a damaged area on the side of the truck. Once we arrived in TN we believed we had a minor power steering issue. Upon arriving in Fort Valley, GA. for fuel the vehicle was leaking transmission fluid and not just leaking. I called roadside assistance at approximately 9:00 in the morning. The servicce provider showed up and determined that the radiator was the issue. Eventually, we were back on the road at 3:30. Once we arrived in Ocala, FL. we had another issue with the vehicle We had troble getting the vehicle off of the ramp and through the intersection. It was missing out and sputtering and would not gain speed. Once again, I called roadside assistance. At approximately 9:00 I was responded back to and given an ETA for 60 minutes. That time was extended until 12:00. The service provider determined the the default codes needed to be reset in the transmission. The point to all this is this vehicle should never have left the Commonwealth of Kentucky. The maintenance on this vehicle surely has been neglected. I can't speak as how future customers should react to my comment. I can surely say, I do not know if I would rent from U-Haul again.Garry K.

This location was closed when i dropped off the truck. I went to the app but the app was not responding. I tried uhaul.com and could not get that to work either. I call uhaul but it was an hour wait. i called (502) 491-4184 and waited and when it finally rang it hung up so I called again and waited another period of time. When i got a hold of someone they said something was wrong with the system and told me to lock the truck and drop key in drop box and it would be taken care of Monday. I had an extra 1/4 tank of gas more than I left with and did not receive credit for the extra gas. I did not receive credit for the dolly or blankets I did not get. Terrible experience overall. This was the 7th rental I made in a year's time and this one was the worst.Matthew C.

A little off the beaten path, but once we found it they were extremely helpful.Regina H.
This dealer entered the wrong pick-up time and this prevented me from being able to check my truck out through the mobile app. I had to call into 1-800-GO-U-HAUL was on hold for 20 minutes to be told I was talking to the wrong extension so I was transferred and on hold for an additional 55 minutes all the while I had people waiting on me that were going to help me move. It was honestly a nightmare!! The last CS rep I spoke to was awesome he was able to finally get things straight and eventually I got the key for the truck. Point being this was almost a 3 hour process totally ridiculous!!! If and when I need another truck it will not be a U-Haul...Debra B.

I brought the truck back with more gas in it than than what I started out with. Did not get credited for that. Got billed for an additional $24.53 that I don't know what for. Had to take truck back to where I picked it up. There was a closer drop off point to where I live. I was told that I couldn't take it there.Joseph W.

Charged me for a dolly twice. I was also charged $110 when the original price was 68 after I returned it. I transferred apartments in the same complex so I didn't even drive a mile to get from point A to point B. Only real driving I did was going to a from the U-Haul building so there's no way I should've been charged that much.Carshanae C.

The rental process and the truck worked out good for my purpose. Tho i was disappointed i was sent out in a truck with the windshield cracked in two places, which made me a little nervous. Otherwise, the truck and other equipment were clean and in good working order.DEBRA G.
