Great service and pleasant atmosphere. The 24hr truck share was very convenient and everything was online A very smooth transaction. Ms Brown was very helpful

We did not get any kind of response from the location. There is not even a sign out front that shows it's a Uhaul location. The only reason we were able to figure out the place was correct was because there was a small uhaul truck parked on the side and the address on the building matched the one on our drop off contract. Place was not maintained enough for people who don't know the area.

The lady who helped us at the pickup location was extremely friendly and helpful over the phone, but Uhaul's last minute change of my pickup location for a trailer (that was booked and guaranteed almost 8 weeks before!) really ruined the experience! On the day before the scheduled pickup, Uhaul called and moved the location to one AN HOUR AWAY! I called and had the pickup moved to Wakefield, which was only 30 minutes away (versus the 10 minutes away I originally booked.) Unfortunately, no one informed the woman who works with the Push Faith location. She returned our call right away, and processed my info over the phone, but it meant my 88 year old father-in-law and I had to pull the dusty trailer out of the grass drainage area and figure out how to hook it up in the 90+ degree heat in a tiny gravel parking lot behind a restaurant. The trailer worked fine and the move went well. Oh, about 5 hours after we picked it up, I received an email from Uhaul telling me I could pick it up. Useless.
