Sheila CI stopped at two other places to pickup a truck with the option of talking to a u-haul representative but no one was at the places the online website said were open with trucks available. I wanted a 10’ truck to pick up an item that would not fit in my 2003 Ford Taurus but no one was present to help me. I drove to the third place (that was supposed to be open) and banged on the door until the manager, who was working on the books, came out to tell me his location was closed for the holidays. I then got online as I looked at the two 15’ trucks sitting beside his office and paid for a 15’ truck, filled out the online form and left the lot, picked up my item, drove to my house and dropped off the item, drove back to the lot and paid for gas AND mileage for 20 miles plus an extra $10.00 for the 15’ truck rather than the 10’ that I scheduled twice before. I use U-haul out of necessity, not convenience but it finally worked out for yesterday! I would recommend out of necessity, not convenience if you are willing to be charged twice for one product.

Kenneth DNobody there in the afternoon which I understand, application did not work as far as being able to simply take pictures and update location however the following day when I called to check on everything the personnel were very helpful and indicated that they had noticed the equipment was returned to good condition and when they went to check it in it had already apparently been checked in so apparently the system did work you just did let me know that it was working. At least it all worked out well in the end.
Richard MRichard was the rudest person ever. He left me a very upsetting message cursing at me. I was so upset. I have never felt so degraded and humiliated. I had charges on my credit card I should not have. I’m still upset. I have family members who have U-Haul sites and would never treat customers this way. I will no longer use or recommend U-Haul.

Suzanne Rhad a problem with U- Haul system. Unable to stay logged in to complete the check-in. Took over 45 minutes because I was locked out of U-Haul system or the system was down.
jeffrey eThe site was well put together and clean, the U-Haul was not as promised when I called and talked to U-Haul, and was unable to be used for the purpose it was rented for, the pick up and drop off was unreasonably long. It ended up being parked at a Penske rental site while I rented and used a truck that was similar to what was described by U-Haul.
Jason Rthe man at this drop off location said they aren’t even affiliated with uhaul anymore and wouldn’t even let us inside and was extremely rude! i will never again set foot at that business!

Steve LIn the beginning a few years or so ago we had complained about the climate control systems of the facility was not adequate. The temperature and humidity was bad in the summer and there was mold growing on our stuff. But they did get around to fixing the issue and so we didn’t move our stuff out. We still think the price is a little to High maybe around 15 dollars to much.

Darlene SI have nothing bad to say about Putnam Elite Storage and their facility. However, I am extremely disappointed in Uhaul and their ability to prepare someone for picking up a truck outside of office hours with the mobile app. If it weren't for the employee who got to work an hour early, we would have had to wait and we would of be late for the movers to help us. When i reserved everything online it said all the equipment would be in the truck when I picked it up. Nothing was there! We had to go back inside and have the employee get all the furniture pads and the dolly for us! I was very unhappy and frustrated with Uhaul. When i got there to pick up the truck, I logged on to my Uhaul app and there was no place for me to go to start my pick up. There were no instructions and i think it is ridiculous to allow someone to have that option and then not be able to use it!
Sydney sFirst I would tell everyone you have to get the app to use the mobile 24/7 pick up. I was on safari and it wouldn’t allow photos to be taken. Otherwise it was a great experience
