If I can go back in time to any moment in the world I would go back to the day I went to pick up my U-Haul and punch my past self in the face for making a stupid choice. Not only was the online check in slow but it took an hour to get a message that contained the lock code for the back of the U-Haul so I paid an hour to sit and wait. The app would scan any code and say it was a success. I could take the app to Walmart and scan a pack of gum and it would say it was a success. I'd rather pay a couple of homeless guys $80 an hour to carry my belongings to my destination knowing there is a 50/50 chance they steal it all and buy crack. The U-Haul app is broken and took an hour of my money.Drake S.

The U-Haul website to return a vehicle after hours was horrible. After spending 45 minutes trying to return it and taking pictures like it told me to it kept kicking me off the website. Finally had to call U-Haul and wait 30 minutes on hold. The after hours system needs to be improved.susan P.

The only small hiccup in the visit was getting the contract document printed. But they fixed that issue quickly, so cannot fault their efforts because of a computer/printer issue.KEVIN K.
The location/company was fine. HOWEVER, Uhauls website is garbage. At least 3 people were waiting to checkin because the uhaul website wouldn't let us or the employees. When I showed up to return the truck, the location service didn't work on uhaul's website. Just so you don't ignore this as a user error - I'm a cybersecurity engineer in my late 20s, so I understand how technology works. Unlike your development team.MATTHEW T.

I purchased a truck for $19.95 + mileage which I agreed to but I was charged an extra $20 for turning it in after 12 noon because that's the time the facility closed. This was never communicated to me. Hidden fees will upset anyone.DENNIS R.

Have associates meet clients in the lot right after signing paperwork from the office. Had to wait quite a while and already had the correct unit hooked up before anyone came out to check on me. Do a more thorough check in on returned equipment. Had to switch trailers as the harness did not work properly on the one I hooked up.Kevin L.
Not everyone has data to check the trucks in. Luckily I still had some left but the check in kept saying error and when I called the help number no one answered. The check in/drop off was the most stressful part for me because if you don't check it in there's a fee.LORI F.

The truck was worn out and the trailer was an antique. I waited all day around my house all day on 8/2/2021 for a respective to let me know where to pick the truck up, no call ever came in. I had to find out on my own at the last minute. Bad service from a company so big.travis R.

The return experience was awful. It wasn't due to the location but due to U-Haul's app being awful. For more than 40 minutes I couldn't return the vehicle because of the app not taking the uploaded photos. I finally got it through by using the web browser instead of the dedicated U-Haul app. It was a very frustrating experience and the morning went from I'm returning this U-Haul early to what if I can't return this before tomorrow.GONZALO M.
