Ask for a printed receipt if not you will get a unprofessional and rude call from someone that's from uhaul and asked if it was dropped off.

Mike HU-Haul corporate could supply CARGO VANS for this AREA, it’s ridiculous for me to have to travel 50 miles to get a cargo van. The box truck was fine for this event, I provide floral decor for weddings, fortunately it was not hot nor cold so I didn’t need to worry about my flowers melting or freezing but this is not the norm. The young man who helped me TRIED to get a van, but this area isn’t ALLOWED ONE? My next wedding I will not be able to use this location only BECAUSE of CORPORATE, so I’ll put 100 miles on a van without even using it yet, nice.

ABDULLAHI AHave some patience and a little more customer service. Everyone don’t have money like that to just say a need I a uhaul and I have all the money here. The gentleman was in a hurry when I was trying to get the money together to pay for my u haul. He said we are closing you need to go on line and get your truck.

Eric DFirst issue has nothing to do with the location. I scheduled a truck for pickup at a location not far from our house where the truck was being loaded. I had loading help scheduled based on that location and pickup time. The day before scheduled pickup I was told my reservation was moved to a location about 90 miles away. This was unacceptable. Had to call and discuss with a representative who was very helpful and changed pickup to a local about a bit closer, but still farther than requested with original reservation. Due to the distance, the rep also changed pickup time and allowed additional miles for rental. At pickup location, we were given the wrong combination for the lock securing the key. Fortunately for us, we were picking it up a couple of hours earlier than expected and someone was still working in the Collision Center who was able to locate the correct combination. This took us much longer to check out the truck than expected. Cellular signal was also very week causing a delay uploading pictures during checkout.

Samantha SIt took us almost an hour to get the truck, even though I had already registered online. The man helping us did not know what he was doing. I had ordered 3 sets of furniture pads, and they did not have any.
