The truck wasn't completely full of gas. It was between 3/4 and full. The guy made us walk all the way to the truck and hook up the trailer myself. Very bad customer service. Also the cab leaked water in 2 places. Ridiculous!Tracy S.

What a crap show this was. Got the truck on empty basically and none of the equipment I paid for in the truck. Uhaul called me and text me over and over asking if I wanted the truck still when I was driving it! Unbelievable how screwed up this entire process was. For the most part this was a total issue with uhaul but the pick up location seemed like none of my issues were their problem it's uhauls problems. I only partially agree with that.Judy F.
I rent often for a home staging company, I wish that they could somehow keep my information in the system and not have to enter it every time I rent a vehicle. Also it would be great that if it was less than quarter of a tank that the rental place would fill the tank up, very frustrating when you go to pick up a truck and you have to fill it up before you even start your job. Just some thoughts but the location was fabulous, Megan always greets me with a smile and is very pleasant!!!Julie K.

The thing you guys can do to improve is that people can be honest about what's going on and not rip people off and overcharge on the card I don't think now since this incident happened that you should have to put a card in if I pay you cash it's set in stone that way you guys don't rip off anybody else that brings in their truck at the right time but they can't help it because the people don't get there till 8:00 so maybe you need to get together with all the people that you have U-Haul contracts with and help them get their f****** s*** straight because they do not most of everybody at the U-Haul that I've done business with are very unprofessional me picking up the U-Haul was very unprofessional because he was telling me he didn't get the damn email until that morning so he was actually complaining about you guys f****** suck pretty much what he said but he has a contract with you so I don't have anything good to say get your s*** together give me back my f****** money because you will never have to worry about me ever ever using you guys again there are other companies out there that I would rather go to than youBrian C.
