Larry NI had no issue. They had what i needed when i needed it. Older gentlemen was the main guy but nice and friendly. Cant complain for what i wanted and got.

PJ SThe fees tied to renting the U-Haul is ridiculous. You pay a daily rental fee, plus miles, plus environmental fee. With no kind of reimbursement if you return the equipment early.

Kevin Mit was after hours and I went on to use the app. said that I was not in the system so I had to get ahold of the gentlemen that I rented the u-haul from and he gave me the 1-800 # and I called and she said no problem.
norma bTruck windshield dirty, no washer fluid. No staff onsite when I returned it and couldn’t get a signal to check the truck in. Nasty Vm left by Bill

The personnel were friendly and they gave thorough explanations concerning the use of the equipment and the best way to handle moving the vehicle safely. They made sure that i understood the whole procedure completely after i explained i had never transported a car this way before.

Johnny HI had a great experience with Quality Guns, it was Triangle Glass in Cut Bank that are untrustworthy. Spoke in person and told they would have trailer waiting for me and then told by Uhaul 10 hours before that it is unavailable and "a reservation is not a guarantee." So had paid folks to help and ready, but had to drive 120 miles one way to get one from Quality Guns. I'll never use Uhaul reservation system again. Broke business model.
