Kelly DebernardiThe employee charged me almost $100.00 more than what I had agreed on with my reservation. When I returned the truck and caught the difference he directed me to call the manager. I told him to hold off the charge while on phone with manager . While on phone with manager going over charges he came out of office very aggressively and ordered me off the property and followed me to my car as I was immediately leaving and attempted to assault me. The young lady with me was frightened. I am seeking legal advice and am considering legal action !

LINDA TISDALEI had to change my plans of a 26ft truck after I had reserved one a week before when it was canceled by U-Haul. I was forced to rent a 15ft. and could not finish the load.

carolyn johnsonVehicle transmission needs servicing. Difficult to shift into and keep in gear. Front end needs alignment. Steering wheel shakes at moderate highway speeds. Returned vehicle with fuel filled to level indicated on the contract. Was charged for two gallons.

Josh StumpNot sure if it’s Uhaul policy, but I wasn’t given a final receipt nor after inspection form or offered walkthrough with them. I explained the issues I had and was directed to Uhaul customer service. Very little care with check in/ check out process for pickup and drop off locations.
Nicholas RuleThis location was great. Every other aspect of my rental was a nightmare. I'll post a review on the rest of it later. I booked my reservation at a different location the night before and got a confirmation email. When I went to pick up the truck the cashier said she didn't handle trucks and the person who did wasn't there. Then she said there was no reservation in the system. After she finally found it, she called the guy in charge of rentals. He first said something about charging me $20 for a utility dolly. I told him I'd already paid $10 for an appliance dolly. Then he said they didn't have any. The only dolly they had was the one they used in the store, he got obnoxious and wouldn't even say how long it would take him to get there so I could get my truck. After I got frustrated and left, they checked it out as if I'd picked it up. I called 800 UHAUL, and they said this location had the truck and dolly for me so I went there. They didn't have any dollies either and hadn't in months. They took the dolly off my contract and sent me on my way with the truck

Kristie BarrI don't understand why you get charged for mileage when you have to return U-Haul with same amount of gas as it had when you took it, but then to be charged $1.19 per mile on top of that seems a little bit much..Overall these guys at this location were really great just the prices suck which I am sure is not their fault..I will rent from here again if needed..

Kris BitarDon’t use Uhaul if you can avoid it. It’s well over priced and customer service at uhaul is not helpful or considerate. The location pick up of the truck was amazing. I highly recommend the quality lube for your vehicle needs!

Heather LoveI was overcharged for a truck I only used for four hours, and only drove for 10 miles. After I read the receipt, I saw there were services that I wasn't informed about, and never requested. I felt completely scammed and taken advantage of. It was a terrible experience. They charged me 114 dollars for 65 dollars worth of services. I'm still waiting for a reimbursement. It was a bad experience. I hope future customers never have to experience this. Thank you for your time.

mavis plattOver charged, added charges that didn't exist before and didn't have us sign the rental agreement for the price estimate. Then added a random charge after we returned the truck early the next day with MORE gas then they require. Also when given the number to cantact for the questions i had about the price i was ignored then told that they would call me two days after they over charged me. If they are going to rent on the weekends then they need to be available for questions or concerns on the wekeneds as well. -10/10 would never recommend uhaul again.

Tracey UshmanI paid $109 to rent a truck for only a few hours, normally it's $29 I wouldn't recommend this to anybody for $109 when I could have went down the street to a different place and able to charge the usual rate. I needed the truck so I pay however that doesn't mean that I'll come back to pay $19 cuz I need a truck next time I know to go over where the usual rate is.

Acacia KimballThis was a 2,000+ mile move in a 26 foot truck. There was no windshield wiper fluid and no ice/snow scraper in the truck. This made for some very dangerous driving when we got into snow and going over the passes.

MELISSA THOMASWe were called by a uhaul rep and I was accused of stealing the uhaul when in fact it was a glitch in the computer. I didn't even get an apology when they updated me. The location I dropped it off at was not clear where the drop box was but finally found it. The uhaul parking area is very dark and I felt unsafe dropping it off.
