I was originally scheduled to pick up a truck at 3:00 pm at 7120 Steamboat Island Road NW, Olympia, WA. The proprietor of that branch was having internet problems, and so was not aware of my order, and had left for the day at 2:00 in the afternoon. After calling U-Haul, we finally arranged to get another truck about a half hour away, but we had six men at our home ready to load the truck, and we were over an hour late, so they left. Myself and my 85 year old mother had to load the truck ourselves. I was extremely unhappy with the Steamboat Island branch of U-Haul, as well as with U-haul generally for not having a procedure in place to confirm that a local branch had acknowledged the order.

Quick, easy turn in process!

Josh KThe truck was dirty when we rented it, but after we were done using it, I cleaned it thoroughly, sweeping and vacuuming both the inside of the truck and the ramp. It looked good. There's a sign inside of the truck the says that if you clean it, you get a $25 credit. That was dismissed by the lady we talked to. She said that that no longer applies and the sign will be taken down.
Richard Kthis was a new truck with only 1600 miles on it and it was the worse ridding truck I have ever driven/road in it shimmed and bounce so bad it gave me a headache. If I would have been transporting personal stuff fragile things would have been broken. Seriously no lie. I don't think this is one of your air rides. If I were to have paid out of my pocket for this, I would have wanted money back, lucky for you it was on a company card..

Stacey STruck had a flat tire when we arrived to pick it up. Crew at rental yard were quick to make repair and get us on our way. Truck appeared to have been in a accident, had inside cab trim pieces missing where side mirrors may have been replaced. Exterior of truck had ding markers all over both sides of truck. Equipment ran well and was safe. Was just rough looking.

DALE JWhen i arrived there was no one in the office so i had to sit and wait for someone to come back. I was told to unhook uhaul trailer. No one helped. They also never gave me anything receipt wise when i dropped it off. I dropped it off a day early and should have gotten a partial refund. Ill be calling about that tomorrow. I will not rent or drop off equipment at the Quality Quick Lube & Tune ever again.
Brandon EVehicle was clean and appeared in good shape once picked up. However the brakes became an issue within about 15 miles after leaving the location. Road side assistance was called they showed up nearly 3 hours later to deam that truck unserviceable. I then contacted customer support Mandy and Jacob were amazing in getting me fixed up with a third replacement truck in the same day.

Shannon DAndrew at this location was a superhero and helped me out in a big way by coming in an hour earlier than they opened so I could pick up the truck to match the only time my hired movers were available. He went above and beyond to help us out and make this move one less reason to be stressed!
