Went to different location first ..Southwoods columbia il The person was so rude flat out meanand unapproachable that I had to leave to go to different location who were very nice and helpful

Dan CHave the truck I rented available. Not the locations fault but Uhauls for not having the truck and then charging me for a full 24 hours but not allowing me to keep it that long.

Mark BIt took about an hour to get my truck rental complete. Then I was told that I had to have the truck returned by 7pm because that's when the location closed. I went to return it early, and in turn not being able to complete the job I rented the truck for. When I got to the location they were already closed anyway! So I had to do the digital return anyway and I didn't get to finish the move. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. They don't know what they are doing/talking about.

Bonnie BOnce again the computer system wasn't working very well and the customer service rep had to call up UHaul to complete the transaction. Uhaul needs to improve the on-line system. The location personnel were very helpful.
david aThe 24/7 drop off was very confusing. Instructions were not clear. Tried to call the 800 number for Uhaul and the first representative was not sure how to help so my call was transferred. Once transferred, we were disconnected. Not very helpful.

SHELLEY JThe floor of the cab was not clean. The dash, cupholders, and cab in general could have been cleaner. For the rental price I paid I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the cab. Did not look at outside of truck for previous scrapes and scratches, or dents.
