Reserved the truck on Uhaul’s website for a 5 am pickup. The store didn’t open until 6. And the the truck that was available was behind two other trucks. So I had rot wait 2 hours for keys to show up for the other trucks to be moved.

Per my contract, it said to drop at this location. The guy inside told me I couldn't because he was at max capacity. I called customer service and they said he was maxed out and put me on hold. Per my agreement it said to leave it there, so I checked it in and left it. I'm not going to drive all over town to drop my trailer because uhaul made the mistake and told me to drop it there. Uhaul needs better organization with these things.

The lady didnt know what she was doing, she overcharged us, and the whole day was a huge ordeal with UHaul. I will never be using UHaul again.

They did not have all my equipment. Could not delete equipment or bill for equipment. Took 45 minutes to get someone to dispatch the truck to another location. The customer service representative wanted me to go to another location. But I had no ride. She told me it was going to be difficult to dispatch the truck. I did not get any paperwork to sign saying I took the truck. I lost 20 minutes of my moving helpers that I hired through u-haul. They were great. I hope someone calls me.

This drop off location was SEVERAL MILES away from my home I off-loaded the truck at. So this is Hauls method of inflating your final cost by having you EXCEED your rental mileage limits, paying for additional mileage Just to get the truck to their drop off location! What a total Farce...Customers Beware!!!

I was scheduled to pick up at 2pm, left at 245 pm as the personel did not know how to work the uhaul system and keys could not be located for a significant amount of time

The people at this location have no idea what they're doing. They don't speak English very well, and ended up charging us twice for the same thing and wouldn't print a receipt for the second charge because the guy running the place didn't know where the paper to refill the printer was at.
