There was only 1 person on duty with many retail customers coming in that interrupted my check out process. I was there for over 30 minutes.

Alan DThe trailers should be available at the city requested. This is the first time I have had to travel to another town to pick up a trailer. Customer service is going downhill. No one wants to add miles to their move by having to go to another town to get a trailer prior to driving hours to their destination. Sad really!
Thomas NMaybe train the store employees a little better in the uhaul system and their policies. I know they have an online class to complete maybe make sure they did it?
andrew COn site staff was friendly but didn’t know what needed to be done to return the truck. In fact, my truck was not listed as returned until 24 hours after I had left the truck on the lot and talked to the staff that was present.
