This location helped me to finally get a rental after trying for 2 days and operators telling me that they were having difficulty finding one available, then phone operators confirmed a location for my pickup and no truck was available at 2 other locations when I got there. Qwic ship was great, but the operators on the phone were disorganized and would give information that was false.ALLEN J.

Finally got home 35 minutes away and realized the dolly I had paid for was not in the truck. The vehicle was scheduled for pickup at 8:30 am via U-Haul's 24/7 program, but upon arrival the office was closed and the website told me to come back at 10 am. I was charged for gas although I returned it full.David M.
Hard to find. No Uhaul equipment visible from the main road. The attendant was not well trained and gave us the estimate charge written by hand on a scratch piece of paper. Would not go back to this location and definitely would NOT recommend this location to a friend or anyone.Laurie W.

I had booked this Uhaul weeks ago and made a reservation to pick it up in downtown and found out 2 days before that they had changed my location to pick up the Uhaul in a different city after I had been promised my previous location to pick it up at. On top of that inside of the vehicle was dirty and the person at the front desk was not friendly and had asked us a bunch of questions that we had already answered and turned in online which wasted our time. I will not be coming back here in the future and neither will my family.Nima N.

I couldn't find the first location so took it to Cruise Rd location which was closed. One of your phone reps said I could bring the key this morning to check in. There was no one there, but a drop box on a light post. I called your 800 number, got cut off twice after 5 minutes on hold, third time spoke with a lady who had to transfer me to a scheduler to change drop off location. Finally completed satisfactorilly.satisfactorily. the cruise road allocation doesn't have sign on their door. 800 number people always tried to be helpful and understanding.bob E.
Location was shoddy, park was hard to locate. Parked in the back in a gravel lot well out of view. Food and trash on the floor board. Owner reached directly out to me to try and get information, which I did not appreciate. If something is needed, the business owner has no business calling me from their personal line asking for information I submitted to uhaul myself. Keys were not where the mobile pickup said they were, had to search the whole truck to find a poorly placed set of keys. Really poor experience. Will never pick up a truck from this location again.Kevin S.

At the end of the day I did leave with the trailer I needed. They provided a service and the service was done. My moving accomplishments were met. The only thing I had an issue was their punctuality. I reserved a trailer online for 10am because their hours of operation stated they open at 10am. They did not arrive until about 10:30am. And because they arrived late I still had to wait another 10-15 mins for them to set up and open the business before i was attended for my rental. It was an inconvenience seeing that I had a personal schedule to keep. I understand being late to work at times but based on other reviews it's an ongoing problem that needs to be fixed. After all, this is a business that provides customer service, and to have returning happy customers the base line problem needs to be fixed. With the fear of the same situation happening again in the future, I will regrettably say this location does not have my business and I do not recommend this location to anyone else unless of course you dont mind waiting around. Side note: the owner did apologize and asked what she can do to make it better, but the deed was done.Federico F.

The picking-up part of this rental was one of the most frustrating, unprofessional business experiences that I have ever had. We arrived at our preferred pickup location (1290 Pleasant Hill Rd, Lawrenceville, GA 30044) at our arranged time (8am) only to be told that our pickup location had changed without our knowledge and that our new pickup location opened at 10am. No one had told us anything about that change up until that point! No calls, texts, emails, nothing! Needless to say, that threw the plan off for the entire day! The staff at our preferred pickup location were callous and completely unwilling to work with us, said that someone should have called us, and told us to call the main U-Haul customer service number, which no one ever picked up on. So, we had no choice but to rearrange weeks' worth of planning. A U-Haul representative finally called us to confirm our new 10am pickup...at 9:30am! We were irate by that point. Moreover, when our new pickup time came, we broke away from actively moving and arrived at the place before 10am. The new pickup location opened 20 minutes late (10:20am)! Again, at this point, our stuff is now sitting on the curb ready to be loaded in a truck...and we're waiting for our already-amended pickup location to open! Our blood was boiling. The lady who finally came was quite nice and sincerely apologetic, but by then our plans were beyond derailed, all because changes to our pickup were never communicated to us ahead of time. The truck was fine, but we will never be using U-Haul for rentals again in the future. There are too many other rental options available to potentially subject ourselves to this again. We will also be relaying this story to our family and friends for their consideration.Andrew M.

Truck had significant damage and no gas. Airbag light was on in vehicle, crack in windshield stretched from one side to the other of the windshield. Keys were left in truck and nobody there to check in. Reservation changed so many times without my knowledge or consent. Bottom line my lawyer will be reaching out to uhaul in regards to a vehicle being used with an airbag deployment light on(this is illegal). My life should not be placed in uhauls hands without consent. Unacceptable and customer service couldn't be worse. I suggest you call me immediately with a refund and direct apology.Chase D.
My pick up time was for 9am, the store didn't open till 9:27am. After doing the online check in, the keys suppose to be under the seat but all doors was locked. I talked to someone at this number ?(770) 630-3978? and suppose to have a $50 credit. Don't see it on my statement.Sharon H.

The location was kinda hard to find,there was no sign on the main post that said uhaul, the plaza was very small as for trying to turn around when your pulling a car dolly.but the female realy helped me unhook my car and take it off the ramp.which was helpfulCARRIE H.

We arrived at our location at 10:30 for our 10:15 reservation that we secured with a credit card. The business was not open and had not been open that day, even though the sign said hours were 9 am-5 pm. Once the employee arrived 20 minutes late, no appology and no offer of a discount or anything like that. Will not do business there ever again and probably not with uhaul either, as they were no help.Chris H.

This location has NO personnel to assist with the off loading of a trailer. We are in our sixties, after moving, we were exhausted. My husband and I like to of never gotten the hitch to break loose to remove the trailer. We could of driven a few more miles to Pleasant Hill and had service. The woman managing this place was extremely disrespectful. She called a day before saying I had to pick up the truck later in the day because she had a religious function to go to. This is a customer service job and customers come first. She then hung up on me over the phone after giving me the wrong information to park the truck in the front.. She said she had told me to park it in the back but that is NOT what I was told. She was NOT customer service friendly and was RUDE.Darice L.
I had a reservation at this location at 10:00AM on Saturday 3/12/16. I was in a rush since I had to pick the truck up and immediately leave my house and pick someone up at the airport. Not only that, I had 5 people coming to help me move, all of which took time our of their schedule to help me at a certain time. When I arrived at this location at 9:45AM i thought 15 min early would give me plenty of time to get the truck and get to the airport in time. I waited 45 min and called the location 4 times and got no answer. By 10:30 I made another reservation with a different uhaul location and left. The new location was 30 min away. I was extremely late for picking up my fiance from the airport and the 5 people who were helping me move had to stay another hour to help since the first location was not there. On top of that they had a sign on the front door showing they open at 9:00 AM on Saturdays. I received a call around 11:00 AM from a lady at the first location asking why I wasn't there to pick up my truck? When I stated that I was there from 9:45AM to 10:30AM and nobody was there she said that she couldn't get a ride to work and had to take a taxi. That's why she was over an hour and a half late for work.Daniel L.

The back of the truck was clean. The windshield was not, it was parked under a tree and sap was all over the windshield, wipers did not work, could not clean to see through it. Used next mornings dew to clean windshield and the wiper rubber was falling off wipers. Customer service Sucked, store attendant doesn't have licence? Had to walk around block to get/park the truck myself & load/unload hand truck & pads ourselves. Truck ran rough & had to call roadside assistance TWICE! The truck should be retired or sent to shop for overhaul.Kim K.

Could not even see the sign that there even was a U-Haul location there-as the uhaul sign was very small on the door. To drop the trailer was not very conducive if you had to back up. Nor was the driveway very wide as vehicles were parked on the right side and there was a curb on the left side. I was afraid I was going to hit one of the vehicles with either my truck or the trailer when I pulled in. Not a very good location to return or rent U-Haul trailers from. The man called at 8:30am and said he wouldn't be there til 11. then he called me at 12 and said he was still running late. This was ok with us, we picked up at 4:30. He did not know how to attach trailer and did not really help. He forgot our pads and when we called it was a 20 minute process to get refund on pads. Had to use our own blankets...this was not ok. We are renting again this month a & will not use uhaul.
