The worker was a half hour late opening the place. The truck was a real winner!!! Not! The check engine light came on when I got 10 miles down the road, sounded like the door wasn't shut but it was, get to 65-70mile an hour and the truck started shaking and sounding like it was going to fall apart!! There was no UHaul office. A guy came out of a house after I called him. I did not know where to go to return the trailer. I saw a couple other UHaul vehicles in a parking lot and that was the only way I thought I was in the right place. The guy was very nice though.TAMRA B.

Only thing I can think to say bad was cupholders were a little dirty and I mean just a smidge lol but it was a great experience and thank you everything ran great truck was perfect size. Guy I picked up from was very friendlyRichard A.
Where to begin. There was no one there even though they were supposed to be open. Thank god for mobile pickup. The truck ran like garbage. I've rented several over the years and this one was rough. I paid for furniture pads and a furniture dolly. I received none. No one was there to help. I called the number on the store front for U-Haul and it went to a voicemail box that was not setup for messages. Oh and I still got charged for those things so that's awesome. 0/10 will never go there again. Probably will use a U-Haul competitor next time like Penske.Nathan D.

Person at site is not readily available by phone and has not set up voicemails. My husband after checking out the third time on after hours box accidentally locked keys inside truck. Seems not customer friendly if charged $50 for such an incident and extra daily charges. Every person has a spare key to remedy this situationAnn P.

The Inside of the office was a mess and smelled bad. The truck was fine, but maybe offer more options. Also, this location did not offer accessories such as appliance dollies or tie down straps.SARAH M.

Pricing online and via the app is not clear. It seems that 2:00 is the mandatory return time when in reality 24 hours is priced the same as 1 hour. This lack of clarity caused MUCH turmoil and excessive charges. However, Allen, the on site personnel, was able to make an adjustment to the account and turn a very confusing and irritating experience into a satisfactory one. The uhaul office hours state 9am. However, the guy was late and didn't show up until about 910am. He didn't have on a mask. Was smoking and overall very unprofessional. The truck I reserved a month ago wasn't available causing me to have to take a smaller truck. Extremely dissatisfied with the service received and over all the years using Uhaul I have never experienced such poor service.Lauri H.

We drove through a lot of rain in our journey. The mattress and box springs and some boxes were wet when we unloaded. The truck leaked water somewhere. Overall a good experience though.Stacy C.
trailer was junk, lights blinked because of bad wiring, turn signals did not work half the time ( of course didnt figure this out until it was dark outside) reserved 24 pads, reserve place said they only had 12, so after being charged for 12 he found out he only had 6 in a bag. told us to take it up with the return place to get refunded. Then we opened up the bag and there was only 5 in there. never again! update your equipment!!!!!Chuck G.

Your 800 Number is really a problem. It either cuts you off or leaves you on hold for an unbelievably long time. It does not instill much confidence in your customer service infrastructure. I know that this is a challenging time for all companies, but it would have been nice to once have my call answered when I called 800-GO-U-HAULwray B.

The guy running the shop to pick up was never there, he had a sign on the door saying call my number if doors are locked, a group of us waited outside for 30 minutes while he said he was walking his dog, the entire business smelled horribly of marijuana, I had to hold my breath the entire time.Crystal M.
