Lisa VWe changed from a 26' truck to a 20' truck after realizing we didn't need that much space. I had already paid for the 26'truck and was told I would be reimbursed the difference. Unfortunately, the amount that I was told would be reimbursed did not include the taxes and everything. The initial price was $461 for the 26' truck and $406 for the 20' truck so I was told I would get $54 back. The final cost of the 26' truck was $563.95 and the 20' truck would have been $471 making my refund $92.95 and not $54. I am still owed $38.95 according to what I came up with in the calculations. I look forward to speaking to someone in regard to this and getting it resolved. Thank you!!

Ronnie AThis location was closed when I returned the equipment, so I did not interact with any employees there. I was able to take pictures of the equipment and email them to a U-Haul agent since their bogus app was not getting internet access with 5 bars on my device, making the return transaction somewhat easy. As far as overall customer experience, U-Haul as a corporation is seriously lacking in common sense!
DUAYNE HLes stayed late the day before Thanksgiving so I could pick up the only one available in this region! Great customer service
Joshua RI noticed on the 5X8 box trailer the only hooks for tie downs were at the rear of the trailer. What about the rest of the unit? The slits in the panel strips barely accommodate bungee hooks an are not applicable to use with ratchet straps for heavier items. One size bigger box trailer that I rented in Arizona in 2020 had hooks at the bottom and the middle of the trailer throughout!🤔

Christine WI don’t think there’s anything you could do to improve my experience. The two staff members I dealt with were both great. Renting, and returning were very very easy. I was so impressed with them. I have another rental set up for next week.
