The truck was new and had no problems with it. The on line early check in was a little time consuming and didn't go as smoothly as I would have liked. Perhaps it was my phone or the Uhual location. However, overall it was an above average experience. Thanks.

Utilized the self check -in/check out, process was easy however customers will have to be aware that "location services" will have to be turned on to use this. This should be done prior to arrival as it was a little time consuming to locate this on my phone as I was not familiar.

The interior of the truck was extremely dirty. There were chip bag wrappers on the dash. The floor was dirty with cashew shells all over. The radio antenna was missing and the radio wouldn’t pick up any channels.

I have rented vehicles from this location on many occasions and each time there has been no issues. The trucks are clean and ready to go, Jessica is always pleasant and easy to deal with! I have used other local companies in the past and always had issues with the trucks not being available and the staff being very uncooperative. Rt. 24 Storage and U Haul has NEVER let me down, Thank you all very much!

I did not select this dealer to return the truck. From past experience with Rt 24 Self Storage I would not have returned the truck there. I am a past Uhaul dealer in the southern Delaware area. As such I have had three previous interactions with Rt 24 Self Storage. The return of this truck at that dealership was true to form. NEGATIVE. The facility is clean and neat, easy to get in and out of, the equipment is clean and ready to rent and the personnel are wretched. The woman I dealt with was as before as unacomedating as she could be and smug about it. She made every effort to charge me every possible penny and was condescending about it. You have been advised. Drive ten miles rather than deal with Rt 24 Self Storage.

Online pickup took way to long. Had to wait 20 minutes for an approval.

The van I had was pretty good, but the gears of the trans would CLANK!! Loudly when putting it into Gear (forward or Reverse.) otherwise it road quite well. It also needed washer fluid instead or just water. We hit lots of small bugs.

The app was a real problem. It kept locking up - I ended up reserving the vehicle twice, but fortunately the nice lady at the pick up location cancelled one for me. When I tried to pick up, the app wouldn't identify my email even though I'd been sent a confirmation. I think your instructions on the app are difficult for the first time user.

I had a little confusion about how much gas to replace so I just filled the truck up. Later I read in the document I only needed to put 5/8 of a tank back in the gas tank. It was there for me to read, but perhaps if the clerk had mentioned it, it could have save me a little money. Other than that, the truck was great, the service provided by the clerk was good, and I would use the service again.

I rented a van for one day and dropped it off a few hours after picking up the items I required the rental for. When I received my final bill I was charged for two days. The associate wasnt able to refund the extra day which included the damage waiver and said it would have to be processed thru corporate. I did receive the 19.99 credit to my credit card but didnt get the $10 damage insurance for the second day reimbursed. I tried calling 2 times while on vacation but noone answered. I just gave up trying to get the 10 back that should have never been charged in the first place. Wont recommend this location to anyone and personally wont go back.
