They didn't have any computer print out of receipt but they sent it in an email sometimes it's nice to have your name on a piece of paper receipt if you have to deal with any situations

I struggled with uploading the proper pictures. I scanned my driver's license but the camera wouldn't capture it. I had to find another method using my phone camera.

CHRISTINA GUEVINI filled out everything online and then had to wait 25 minutes to get my truck. the person who checked me in had trouble with entering the credit card information. Very slow on the return also.

lauren hannThis was one of the worst rental experiences I e ever had. The couple was rude. They required more information than I’ve ever had to provide for any previous rental or the rental I had the very next day. They are racist and should have their ability to rent revoked. They even attempted to double charge me when I returned the truck. I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to rent from them. And the truck was junk. It was scratched and damaged inside and out. And it had every check engine warning light on along with two low tires.

Ebenmarshall MarshallThe location I booked the rental was open but the person handling the rental called in sick so they could not provide me the vehicle I needed. This is disgusting. I had to drive to another location which incurred mileage, fuel and tolls to my rental. Not to mention the time I lost with the vehicle to complete my moving . Nothing has been offered to me as compensation.

davi SchusterDidn't have any issues really though I was expecting to be able to just pick up the truck without going inside. I thought that's what the mobile check in was all about. I had to go inside, wait in line, show my ID, wait for the guy to get the furniture blankets, etc. Really the same process had I not chosen the mobile check-in option. Maybe it's because this location is just a gas station and not an actual U-Haul business. Generally pleased though. Guy I dealt with was pleasant, truck was clean and location was convenient. I'd definitely use them again.

Kiara VinsonThe attendant at the gas station was unfamiliar with the drop off process and has to call a manager. I was expecting some receipt or confirmation that the rental was received. I called the UHaul place where I picked up & followed her instructions to take pictures of the mileage and the truck interior to show it was clean.
Caroline FerraraI set it up for mobile pickup and had to go inside anyway. Truck was dirty inside and out leaving me to have to clean extra dirt out when I was finished with it. I ordered a new rental for the weekend after, figured I would give them another try. When I called to change the time of pick up to the next day, they said they gave away the truck I had already reserved and person on the phone was very rude. Will never use this facility again. Poor reflection on UHaul as well.

Malik LesuerMobile check in process was very difficult. Requiring two alternate phone numbers and calling both parties live for confirmation before releasing the vehicle was cumbersome, unexpected and caused unnecessary delays and frustration.

SHANAZR DASSI asked to not be charged for cleaning the ALREADY DIRTY U-Haul that i received. It was dirty. There were used masks on the floor and when loading my mattress in the back it became filthy from all the dirt on the floor. I explained this to the Worker and i was still charged for the cleaning. I’ll definitely be using a different moving service next time and I’m going to tell my friends and family not to use U-Haul. Overpriced and not worth the headache.

Christine OberriethMy pick up location was supposed to be at Briggs Auto in pleasant valley on route 44. They were closed. I waited and went home. I called and they rescheduled for the above location. I then had to get a ride there. Extreme inconvenience. They said the gas tank was full. After I left I noticed it was 3/4 and took a photo of it as proof.
Christi BattistoniMade reservation 2 weeks in advance, they confirmed by text then said wasn't confirmed till 24 hours before, then changed location on us, I asked for closer location which they found but still 45 minute drive. then 10 minutes before we arrived at location got call that trailer wasn't available so location picked it up from another , we had to wait an hour for them to show up with the trailer, then found out location where it was picked up from would have been much closer to us.
Avelino MouraThe representative for your company was extremely rude and was late for the check in. It made me not want to ever use your company for anything in the future whether it be moving or storage. I would rather pay a little bit more money to deal with a less rude person who actually lives up to the appointment times made during reservations.
