Gary MNeed to get hours of operation fixed. The people that run this is hands down some of the best people around but if there hours are not the same as what uhaul says then people get upset. We had to drop our trailer and pray no one would take it because there wasn't anyone there.

We spent more time driving out of our way looking for the things we needed to charge our accessories than we should have been doing.

Victoria MThis location was great but it was not the location I reserved my pick up to be. I received a call the day before my reservation and was told if I want a truck I need to drive an hour away and pick it up or I wouldn't get one. 1. this is horrible business practice. 2. I was working. 3. not something I need to be worrying about the day before I move. The rep from Springfield MO messed up this reservation. She said she was comping more miles and days for the hassle and still charged me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! idk if I will use UHAUL again.
Blaise CHave more equipment at locations. I have 5 uhaul locations not too far away, but could find only one (1) auto transport.
ARTHUR SI wanted the smallest $19.99 day truck. Had to pay for a 20' $39.99 truck. It was too expensive. I paid more than $300 to drive to the closest city, pulling my own trailer, one time. I never even touched the rear roll up door on the U-Haul. Total waste of money. I should have used another location that had the $19.99 truck.
GINGER ENo improvements necessary. Everything was done and hooked very professionally. What more can you ask for?
