No one was there. When I called the number posted on the sign no one answered or called me back.

Yasushi SI went to pickup my van from the location I booked it at in CDA. It wasn’t there. My van was changed from my original location to this one. Not their fault but when I arrived to pick it up, nobody was there and my U-Haul account wouldn’t give me the code for the lock because it was sending me back to my original location. There was nobody to contact at Railway storage to help. I had to call uhaul and wait on hold for 30 minutes and then spend another 30 minutes for their rep to figure out how to get the code!!! This was after I’d been on the road for 11 hours already that day. I was one pissed off dude!!! All for a 4 letter combo that someone from Railway could have called me to make sure I got it ok. Could have saved me 60-90 minutes.
Jeremy TThere was no one there, it was a storage location. The self check out app. worked just fine for a self drop off.
Douglas SOnline is cumbersome and does not work. Wastes lots of time.
