I went through three trailers to get one that the lights worked and the sales person had to sweep out the trash on all three. The last trailer I got did not have all the lights working . As I understand state laws If the trailer comes with the lights then all lights are required to work. I do not want to be stopped by law enforcement for something so simple to fix. I usually use El Jobean U haul and they are good about taking care of their customers. I would like to continue to do business with Raimer Moters but just a little encouragement from UHaul will help, I'm sure.Russell C.

Making a reservation you all was the worst experience I could imagine. I completed my reservation and when I received the confirmation it was for the wrong pick up location. After spending 30 minutes on the phone I was set up for the correct location. When I went to that location to pick up the truck I was told there was no such reservation there and that I should have been reserving on something called 24/7. I did how to make another reservation at a different location. Unfortunately the customer service person gave me a location that was closed when I arrived. I finally made a reservation at the final location. I will never use you all again and I will tell anybody the sameRobert D.

The employees were very kind, but had no supplies. I reserved a box dolly and only had a fridge dolly. I was never told to examine my truck for damage or check my text message. I forgot the dolly and they never even called to remind me.Kip M.

I had to parallel park a 26' truck because there is no space to park anywhere. Also, I was sent to a location that had no overnight drop off first and I sat there on hold and on calls with Uhaul for 60 minutes.Ronald M.

Then blankets we paid to rent were soaking wet and we're not able to use them. They were also very dirty and not cleaned properly. Had several wood chips imbedded in the blankets. The truck itself was not clean and still had bugs on windshield. The worst was that the alignment was severely off on the truck making it very difficult to drive and maintain a lane. This truck should have never been rented to a customer in that condition. The mobile app we used to rent the truck via Uhaul should have been quicker to verify the customer (15 minutes). The first thing it should have you do or warn you of is to take a picture of how much gas is in the truck prior to leaving. Luckily I took one before leaving and filling the truck up. Had to call customer service and send the the picture to not be charged. Not a good experience.Thomas F.

Walk-in one of the staff was outside in what look like a personal call. I walked in and the younger lady was on her cellphone with her legs on her desk. I explained to her that I was here to return a truck. She asked to just drop it off on the other desk and that email was on file I will get an email confirmation. The next business day I still didn't have the confirmation. I called to office twice no one answered. Next day, I called corporate. I had to call corporate three time and corporate had to call Raiders 3 times in preset for me to get an email confirmation that the truck was checked in. I am so thankful that Joann took pity on my and allowed me to return the dolly to her. She is what GREAT customer service is all about. I was directed to her location by a gentleman at the Peachland Blvd, Port Charlotte, FL location. His facility is undergoing renovation and he was unable to take the dolly. I had been recommended to his location by the people at the location where I had been on Sunday night. I had a very frustrating return experience. But Joann was so kind and compassionate and even though she was LOADED with returns took the dolly. I thank her so much!Janine S.

We were forced to return our Uhaul trailer to Reimer's after Guard Space Rental refused to accept it upon return. Although Reimer's had no space for it they called around and tried to find a location where we could return it instead of driving all over town ourselves hoping to find somewhere. They even called Guard Space on our behalf explaining the situation and they again refused it. Finally Reimer's was nice enough to accept the trailer even though they didn't have space. They realized our extreme frustration and went above and beyond to make sure we were treated properly.tom M.
Was a after hours drop off. Dropped truck off Saturday night. Location was closed on Sunday so I knew Uhaul wouldn't get back to me until Monday. Keys and contract left in lockbox and truck was parked securely on property. Recieved call tuesday afternoon if I was planning on returning the truck. Apparently crew at that location did not do a look in the box or property walk through to see if any new vehicles were dropped off.Brett H.

Drop off site was the third site contacted. First which was pre- arranged site, refused to accept one way trailer due to full lot. Then second site contacted by phone would not accept either.
