greg hOk. You lost my account info from 2 years ago. The app check-in was difficult. Not sure how I got to it. Kept clicking a link and went in circles. Went to take pictures, when I returned, the Return was complete, couldn’t add.

Thomas SIt is a very convenient location, I was very pleased with the kindness, respect, speed & professionalism i received at this valpo location. All other options given to me by u-haul dispatch where way to far for me and in some not so good cities & who wants to drive a hour and a half away to rent a vehicle for 4 hours when miles matter, U-haul know this, that's how they make their money. If u- haul didn't have a convenient rental location at Newer Elements in Valparaiso I definitely would have rented with a different company. The most disappointing issue I had was U- Haul only had 2 vehicles to choose from which is sad when people drive past this location and only see 2 smaller vehicles to rent and now look elsewhere, To me a Ex owner of a trucking company knows advertisement is key to more customers. This location in Valpo has a huge parking lot with plenty of room for at minimum 10 more vehicles for customers can choose from. Uhaul you have 2 competitors in this area, You definitely need a bigger foot print out this way. Rick Swift a Very Happy Customer.

Bob EDid not have dolly ordered in stock. Drive 10 miles to get one. That location did not have the truck we ordered. Wasted 2 hours.

Nicholas SThis was a very bad experience. The Newer Elements store where the truck was located opened 1 hour later than was written on the site. This put the whole job behind, costing me time and money. Then returning the truck was also difficult because Newer Elements was closed when I returned the truck. Finally, the truck smelled like smoke and not all that clean inside the cab. Overall, a bad and frustrating experience.
Brett SAlex was very friendly when returning my rental. The location was well maintained and inviting. It was also helpful that they know about water treatment, since we moved from out of state.

madeline pI am still waiting for an adjustment to my account. I was over charged and was told I would receive a credit to my bank account. The van I rented was not clean and smelled in the cab. The van did seem well maintained though it is pretty new. The woman who rents out the vehicles is not friendly or easy to deal with! I will not use this location again.
