Love the attention had been to one on national city and they wore rude and didn’t wanted to help me untill one of the other costumers looked at them. The guys who helped me who’s name was David had even told me they had no more Trucks but when the other costumer stare at him then he said that he had the last one. Really bad experience. The San ysidro was great.

Online it says that they are open until 6 pm when I was trying to drop it off. I got there around 5:45pm and they were already closed.

This was my third site that day. The scheduling department "left me a message" even though my phone records show no calls or texts, that my reservation had been changed. They rescheduled me for a different day. I called for assistance and they rescheduled me for a facility that did not have the equipment I needed for a day different than what they told me on the phone. I was told by four different people that the equipment I needed was not available anywhere in the area. I called scheduling and asked to speak to a manager who informed me that she had called the facility I had just left and told them to give me the larger trailer... that my vehicle could not tow. After I got angry and told her the experience I had had... there is suddenly one available in San Yasidro. The guy there went to hook up the trailer to find the hitch was missing a ball. When the Uhaul facility on 3rd street installed the hitch, I asked specifically if I would need to install one, which I was assured was not the case. Horrible, miserable, awful experience trying to pick up this trailer. The owner of this facility in San Yasidro stayed open late for me, and was incredibly accommodating.

First they had me pick the trailer I needed at one location, then when I got there they had no idea nor did they have the trailer. had me drive about 15 miles to another location, then when I get there, there is only one UHAUL worker there and to make things worse their internet was tooooooo slow. So for me it was a terrible experience beginning to end. Not even after I had installed a hitch the day before ivy UHAUL did they even care to give me good customer service for being a returning customer.

It was my first time renting a U-uhaul truck. My friend was there also because he has done it before. We felt rushed and would probably try a different location. The entire transaction took probably 5 minutes. Wasn't sure what I was doing but my friend helped me out.

The location isnt very important to me. The lady told me one price. The deposit was charged $ 76 and she said the total was 78 and i got charged 15!!!! So mad right now

Lot was too crowded with cars being sold. Customer service not the best. Person handling my order seem lost and messed up my request increasing my pricing by double the original amount then question me if I imputed the wrong information. When returning trailer, the space was so confined
