checking in online is misleading - you have to do the same thing when you arrive for pickup, so really, checking in online makes the process longer as far as time goes.Brian D.

Not this locations fault but we were unable to pick up our truck we had reserved a week in advanced. We were notified at the last second our reservation had changed to another location on the opposite side of town. When we arrived at the second location after hours there were no instructions how to pick up our truck. We called the 1800 number and waited for over 40 mins and no one ever answered. Poor poor customer service. So we cancelled our reservations.Sarah B.
Uhaul office was closed when I arrived to pick up my reservation. sign on the door said working out back in storage units. I called the Uhaul number on the sign and was on hold indefinitely. the Manager finally came back to the office and assigned my trailer to me. Customer service sucked. I rented this truck to be picked up in Kyle. I got moved to San Marcos and was not informed. I would have rather picked up a truck in Austin and not have been moved 20 minutes further south increasing our mileage. Also I accidentally clicked on cleaning and couldn't remove it so I've been charged for cleaning and extra miles that should've happened. I'm incredibly upset with this rental!Gonzalo H.

I started to request moving help. After seeing total cost canceled that request before putting in my debit card. I was later debited for moving help which i never gave approval for. There is a flaw in your program that allowed a third party to access my debit card information. I am fighting it through my bankWILLIAM R.

The only thing that I was upset about is that we had discussed a time we would be there to pick up (we had a 2 1/2 hour drive) and when we got there they were Closed and we had to wait 1 hour outside in cold temperatures. The worker who helped us was very Friendly and Helpful though.dora C.

Justin was outstanding in helping me change my drop-off location to his location. My original drop-off was 9595 Ranch RD 12, Wimberley, TX. When I tried to contact them, their telephone number did not ring (please try it: (512) 392-1808). Also they are hard to find, and don't show up until late morning. Not impressed.Linda W.
The staff at this location are excellent and were incredibly helpful as we rented a truck for a pre-move to our new home. I can't say enough about they provided helpful advice and information. The equipment was fine. I did not appreciate having to drive 45 each way to pickup the rental equipment, I was notified the day before of getting screwed by U-Haul that I had to drive to another city. I have a hard time believing that all of Austin TX, the 11th largest city in the US did not have the equipment I reserved. Drop off same situation, there were 2 U-Hauls within 10 minutes of me, I got to drive 30 minutes to drop off, not convenient for me.loren S.
I had to return the truck after hours and it kept saying I was not sharing my location on safari but I was, so it would not let me return the truck. It took 15 min until I used google chrome instead and it worked.... Need to improve the mobile drop off and pick up.Erica H.

I won't use this place again, they charged me for leaving truck there overnight. I dropped it off two days before deadline and they should appreciated because another customer might need it so they charged me without me knowing it. It is not right.James R.
I understand corona is affecting things. However, there was no one there (the office was closed during operating hours). I spent an hour in the summer heat with poor internet connection trying to drop off the vehicle. I did not know where I was supposed to park or anything else other than some signs by the door telling me what to do. If I had any worse connection out there (sprint/t-mobile was my carrier) I would not have been able to drop off the truck. You can still have at least one person there to help customers while fitting COVID safety measures. That's my main complaint. Not everyone has or can successfully use their phone to drop off. Real in person employees should always be an option during operation hours.Isaac H.

Justin was very helpful. Office was maintaining safe practices related to the pandemic. The whole facility is clean and orderly. The van I needed was clean, full of gas, and waiting when I arrived. A day before pickup I got a call advising the truck wasn't available at my selected location, I would need to go to to another and very less convenient site. Even though the mgr at my site said it would be there-just the day before. I called the mgr at my site and he said he would look into this. 2 hours later he said the regl mgr drove the truck to my requested site. Seems there is a communication problem at uhaul that caused me alot of time and effort to correct.Terry A.

The Ap was very hard to â€œget into toâ€ maybe on the sign suggesting a particular web browser to use such as chrome or safari that you all know works best with your Ap would be helpful. They did not have an adapter for the electrical part of the trailer. They did not even have a receptacle to test the trailer to see if it worked. We could not get the trailer lights to work so I had to upgrade to a more expensive purchase that I did not need and in the meantime I have been to charge double for my U-Haul services that I'm not happy withJennifer J.

when we asked what time we could bring the trailer back he said anytime. we took it back in less the 12 hours after renting it. this location failed to tell us that i would get charged a extra 20 dollars for after hours.if he would have i could of waited until in the morning i was trying to be helpful so they could have it ready for someone else. that is a con to get the extra 20.Denise G.
