Sandra ONo issues with reservation. Truck ready to go at reserved time. Greeted at arrival by Nate, did a walk about to make sure everything in order prior to departure. Same friendly greeting upon return, made sure there were no issues with truck, check out super quick, received online receipt almost immediately. Highly recommend both location (ease of entrance/exit) and Nate! Customer service can make or break a business, Nate deserves a raise!

SCOTT GI am not sure why the suggested drop off was so far away from my destination. I gave you my destination address, so you knew where I would be but I passed 3 or more other U-Haul locations on my way to the one U-Haul recommended. It seems like it was a trick to make me use more miles, or perhaps there is too much that is being automated by AI or something along those lines.

Raul RThe guy who came out and got me taken care of was super cool, made things super easy, and as much as I hope I won't have to rent a UHaul again anytime soon, he definitely helped make a difficult move worth it. UHaul should not have to be an extra hoop to jump through during an already stressful time dealing with everything else, and he definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

Rachel aWe recieved an old uhaul without cruise control for a 2000 mile trip instead of the new one with cruise control we went and looked at. Also, I was charged more than I was quoted for both the truck and dolly rentals. The worker where we picked up the dolly tried to upsell us telling us that we could not use that dolly for our car to try to upsell us. I had to approve pictures to show the before and after my use and the pictures were of when the truck was brand new...it has 120k miles on it and should have new pictures taken.

ALEXIS HApparently your rental website is a major problem. Both the pickup location and drop off location had problems with the speed and functionality causing a good deal of time and frustration for their users and wasted time for the renters.
James EThe location did not have a front desk. I selected the pay later option thinking there would be someone there to assist me and there was not. We also asked for a dolly and furniture pads and those were not provided.
David TThe line to the gas tank was cut. This area felt unsafe and I would not return.
