Nelson BWhy don’t U-Haul trucks have cruise control? I can live with crank windows, but cruise control is table stakes for long haul.

EDWARD LIncrease the parking space to allow for UHAUL trucks to be dropped off. I understand that it is also a repair shop and they have to also have room for the cars that they are repairing, so maybe they need to expand their lot size.
Justin wWhile attempting to complete the rental online which is what I requested, it was obvious to my brother who was dropping me off, that something was wrong. So he went inside but in route, a mechanic (Nelson Burkinsha) whom I personally had issues with in the past, confronted and threatened my brother who was simply attempting to find out what was going on with the rental. Nelson continued by threatening me to my brother, all of which was unknown to me. I wouldn’t have even rented here but this is the only option within a 30 min drive. Once I went in to deal with the issues with the rental, my brother was at the front desk. I’m assuming the owner Scott ironically told me my card wouldn’t go through and I informed him and showed him I had 10 times the amount in my account. I got my bank on the phone who confirmed there were no issues on there end and then magically Scott was able to run my card. He was purposely trying to create problems for me because of his employees dislike for me and my brother. You will find in your records I have an impeccable record of renting from your company and the way my brother and I was treated by these men is completely inexcusable and must be addressed or I will take my business elsewhere regardless where I am at the time. They are representing your brand and they are the only ones in the area doing it. If I were you I’d be looking for someone not willing to risk their reputation on the ignorance of an employee’s actions while on the job and for the owner to assist in the problems is unacceptable.

JOSEPH BWow 😯 R & S Automotive in Atchison Kansas was super great. Wonderful people. My wife & I had a flat tire on our new car before we got there. We called and they waited late for us on a Saturday !!! The garage smelled great so guess what - the U-Haul truck was clean , smelled great also and was a joy to ride in for 400 miles. Did I mention it was CLEAN. Nice. Don’t get me wrong it looked like a garage but boy were they nice people. I make a trip there every year and I will ALWAYS get my U-Haul at R & S Automotive. Fernando MThe truck is dirty inside. It was raining outside and he was trying to put stickers on it was previous damage he couldn’t get them in stick. And I pointed out Previous damage and he didn’t even attempt to put stickers on. No other way to document previous damage except for the little stickers in the pictures like that.

Fernando MWhen I got the truck the driver set belt did not work. When I went to drop it off in lathrop mo. The drop off was not were the e uhaul equipment was and there was not any place to drop off the key so I locked the key in the truck and then you rep on lathrop charged me $65 for a lock smith
David HMake sure to clean the inside of the truck. I have never received a dirty truck before this and I swept it out before returning it as well (I was taught to respect things that I did not own). Otherwise it was good.
Helena TThat if order a truck for a specific location I am in and instead have to drive 30 mins away, that the miles I have to go to pick up a truck should not count against me!
