The store salesclerk/representative was exceptionally kind and helpful, as I was in a hurry and was not able to park the truck. So he offered to park the truck for me and gave us a quick check out.

ricardo cI talked to the 2 teenagers in the front of the store they told me yeah just leave the U-Haul in the back. There is not really a parking space more like a dirt road but overall they were nice but didn’t know much to help me even tho they were the ones in the location.

Brandon CAfter loading the trailer with close to its max weight the driver's side suspension settled onto the bump stop. The driver's side tire was also old, cracking and over filled. I took the loaded trailer to another uhaul location at 2302 Guadalupe St. They at first tried to rent me another trailer, then they suggested that I call the road side assistance number to get help with the malfunctioning trailer.

Diane JI had reserved a truck and when I got there they did not have the truck. I used a van they had instead, but they charged me insurance for it even though my insurance covers this kind of rental. I was not pleased that i got a van instead of a truck but got the job done anyway.
Javier HOrdered at 26 foot truck. Day before the move Mary (an idiot by the way) contacts me to tell me they have no 26 foot truck available. Give me a 20 foot truck so I had to make 2 trips! Overall terrible experience. But Mary made it worse. She has no business working with people.

No complications during the transition. Also Pepe Perez, help to place both trucks in the same location which made it easier for us. Would definitely use again. Keep the Awesome job you all doing.
Rigo MTruck interior and exterior were not clean, had bugs on windshield and interior was very dusty. Good working truck, as far as maintenance - it was very new, so dont think it needs much. Maybe just touching up on the cleanliness after a few days wouldn't hurt. I did like that they had various sizes available (seems they do alot of work for Uhaul, had many trucks avaiablle)

Manny Mthe location 3001 e Saunders st in Laredo TX, is a little sketchy, while we were inside getting our keys and equipment, someone at some point slashed one of our tires to our personal car because we had to park in the back outside of view, there is little space to park so if the parking lot is full you have to park on the side of the road, in this case in the back. other than that the experience was great. the gentleman who assisted us Ricardo was very nice and professional.

Steve SI didn’t purchase insurance when I made reservations, not did it shows on on the contract estimated charges. When I returned the truck, I was charged $10 insurance. I asked why I was charged insurance, the gentleman said it’s mandatory, Really??!! Why not you charge me insurance when I had accident on the road, but when I returned the car that nothing damaged. I will dispute the charge with my credit card company. Shady business, shame on you U-Hall!! Get your associate better trained. You lost my business forever, U-Hall!!

Dario RThe van that was rented to me was dented and had multiple impacts of prior damage. The lady that checked me out in Laredo put no prior damage on the paperwork. I did take photos at the location prior to leaving in case anything comes from it. Also, the lady who checked me out was very rude and she advised the 9’ van was available for my trip from TX to GA I even have photos where the van stickers on the windshield say “in town or one way” but once I arrived in GA I was told that this is an in town only rental. I went to 5 separate places in GA before someone was able to help. I called U-Haul customer service and spoke to 3 separate people which only one of them was polite. The first two ladies were very rude the first one didn’t want to speak with me because I didn’t hear something she said and I asked her to repeat herself so she just placed me on hold and I was xfered to a different rude person who gave me a fake address to a U-Haul location, I showed up to the location given and it was an empty lot. I asked for a copy of my call and nobody to this day has gotten back to me regarding this. Once I called U-Haul back the last man I spoke to was nice and gave a good address to go return this U-Haul. After 4 hrs of driving that day because of lack of customer service skills from U-Haul and being misled by your customer service, I finally made it to the location and had to pay double the amount for the rental due to miscommunication on U-Haul’s end. Online I selected “optional” for my drop off and also placed in the GA address I was going to be moving to and it approved it online. I am not sure why it would take my GA address from Laredo TX if this is an in town only rental?? I also requested this be disputed and the U-Haul rep advised someone would call me within 48 hrs to discuss my dispute and nobody has called back. I have so far talked to 5 people moving cross country and they have all canceled with U-Haul because of my experience. I will not be a returning customer. I do expect a follow up email in regards to all of this since I still have yet to get a call back regarding getting my money back for something that was not my fault.
