RICHARD JOHNSONR&B were great because they actually let me return the truck and trailer to them. However this was the THIRD Uhaul dealer that I visited trying to return the equipment. The first two dealers refused to take the equipment because "they didn't have room for it."

RAY MAXWELLI already made a complaint by phone and was told somebody would contact me. The pickup location was a joke! The trailer was blocked by so much other equiptment they had to call for a forklift to even get to my rental. Which by reserving days prior i thought it would be out front and ready to hook up. They haf a frail old man out there and expected me and him to hook trailer up. In 109 degree weather. Then the wires were cut in half that supply livhts to my vehicle. Had to wait an hour for them to fix the wires. (black tape) the whole experience took over 2 hours. I went to the office to let the lady know i wasnt pleased. She shrugged her shoulders and said we dont make money off renting these uhauls out. Really? You should send a secret shopper there to see how they are representing your company. Not happy at all!

Roberta TerrranovaThis is a body shop. Difficult to gain access, trailer WAY in the back of the lot, between lots of equipment. Average Joe would not have been able to pull out. And I had a nail in the tire during the long drive through the paint shop, body shop and fabrications shop. No boxes. No pads.
Erik MogelgaardBeing a U-haul franchise was definitely an afterthought here. I've rented U-hauls several times. The attendant always assists with hooking up the trailer, testing the lights, inspecting, etc... The business looked like a junkyard. After filling our the paperwork, I was led through a maze of broken down vehicles and fences about 400 yards from the office where a lone trailer sat tight in between junk. The car that led me vanished and I was left to fend for myself..backing up my truck and lifting/connecting the trailer. When I came to drop it off I waited for several minutes when an employ stumbled into the office and said he didn't know where "she" was. Just drop off the trailer inside the fence. Again, by myself, I unhitched the trailer. Then an hour later I received a call from the lady asking where the trailer was. I told her that I was instructed to drop the trailer inside the fense right in front of the office. She said I was responsible if it was stolen and became very aggravated with me. She eventually found the trailer as I received the receipt via email a few minutes later. Terrible experience!

NIN MADRIGALEPlease be on time. When you schedule a 3PM pickup, do not show up at 3:30. I ordered a furniture dolly and received a utility dolly.
SHANNON BAILEYHave someone actually stationed at the pick-up location. I waited over 20 minutes for service, but no one was there. We eventually had to walk around the whole property to find someone to help us. We will never use U-haul again for this reason. This added to the stress which was unnecessary, as well as showed that our expectations could not be met.
