Well, I didn't get what I ordered. I ended up with a truck, with extra cost. apparently I went 22 miles over the mileage, I'm not sure how I went over the miles given due to the fact i didn't enter the destination just the out side of town. Now I am being charge for the few miles. I was told by your customer service I would not have any extra charges on this since I didn't receive what I ordered. Now, I will be paying a few dollars extra for my rental. the customer service representative was not friendly what so ever. The Man in Morris was very helpful and tried his best to correct mistake, it was you phone customer service that wasn't helpful. :(

The office was disgustingly filthy. Honestly totally not maintained at all. Just to show how long anything was touched the calendar on the wall was on December 2019, this was August. The employee was disheveled, torn pants showing his underwear through the hole in this leg. They gave me the wrong trailer ( bigger than ordered) then hours later called and wanted me to bring it back. The triller was already loaded and we were ready to leave. We ended up not bringing it back.

The box of the truck contained 13 dirty moving blankets in a pike, and a moving dolly that was not fastened to the side of the box. I did not order those items.

I attempted to call the number listed both on the website and on the sign and it said the number was disconnected when I tried to go into the building to talk to someone it was locked. We arrived for return at 12 pm. In addition in general it was unacceptable that the reservation was changed to a different drop off location with only a text as notice which arrived as I was driving to our agreed upon drop off location. This made it inconvenient and required us to change our plans for the day as we then had to go to a different location for drop off. If a location is agreed upon when the contract is made then it is not acceptable to change that location during the time the contract is in place!

Shop is an absolute mess. What should have taken 5 minutes since I prebooked and took care of everything online like Uhaul suggested due to Covid 19 took 40 minutes. The guy at the rental place was nice and did his best with what he had to work with but i was like they didn't even know I was coming. I don't know who dropped the ball but I did everything on my end.

The fellow who manages the place is a decent guy and does his job well enough, it's just that the place itself is somewhat run-down and unsightly. But I accomplished what was needed.

This location is filthy dirty. Staff at pickup is not trained well and does not know how to handle procedures. I would not have any business done here at all if I were Uhaul. The office is hard to believe.

Both pick up and drop off locations were friendly. However, my drop off location was in Wheaton, MN as per my contract. There was no drop off location in Wheaton so I was expected to drive a 1 1/2 hour round trip to drop off the trailer. I want a free rental day or something comparable.

Shop was not open at arranged pick up time. We had to make multiple calls but shop person finally came and really didn't know much about our truck. Our truck was not swept out and cleaned. It was rather frustrating.

They were hard to contact and so I did all the paperwork and reservation online. They told us they may be unable to have the trailer we needed even though I had an online registration. It all worked out fine, we got the trailer we needed and somebody was there when we needed to pick it up.

Very disappointed however in my initial experience. Went to the UHaul in Janesville, WI and ordered a POD on Sunday June 23rd received notice by email on June 25 at 9 pm that it was cancelled. Didn't even have the courtesy to call. Had to change all the plans which I thought was very unprofessional of UHaul.

I had a “guaranteed” pick up in fargo for 930 so that is how I planned our move to be out of the apartment by 1pm. I get to the location and am told that my truck was accidentally dropped off in Morris MN, and that they were really sorry but if I wanted a truck for that day I'd have to drive out there and get it. They gave me a discount and more miles to cover that extra distance but the discount didn't compensate for gas to get to where I actually reserved the truck. Overall it was a terrible experience and I understand it's always busy but how is anyone ever able to count on/plan if these “accidents” are allowed to happen? If I ever need to move again I will never use U-Haul, it's not worth it.

I stood outside in the windy rain for an hour waiting to pick up my vehicle. I verified with the owner he would be there at the scheduled pick up time and he was not. I was not the only one who had to wait there. It was the morning of my college graduation and because of this I was running very late. I am planning on moving again in about a month and would have loved to use uhaul again because I have always had a good experience, but after this I think I will stay away from uhaul.

Had to wait approx 1 hour for the owner to return from lunch - reservation was confirmed for 12:05 PM. No answer to the numbers listed and U Haul Corp computer systems were down so cust service could not help. Trailer also leaked but door seal was dry so it came from the body of the trailer

The only issue I had was that though my Uhaul reservation was for one of the 11 locations in the Fargo/Moorhead area - there was not a single 20' truck in the area - and we ended up having to drive 4 hrs round-trip to get it the day before we need it. It's 2018 - you would think by now the system would be a bit more reliable.

We have never seen this location open and have used it to drop off u-hauls twice in the past. It would be nice if there were some way to guarantee that they received the vehicle/trailer instead of wondering if it was stolen.
