There was no one there to hook up the trailer. I had to do it myself. The trailer was dirty and everything was handled by phone at the moment. Not a good experience.Phil H.

I rented a 6x12 enclosed trailer and requested 12 shipping blankets. The trailer did not have a jack to raise tongue to hook to my truck. I eventually was able to raise it up to hook up but it was very heavy. There was not place to speak to anyone about the shipping blankets so I didn't get any. There was a phone number to call and a nice lady helped me over the phone with the rentalRonald S.

Tires! And put a phone number with an actual person on it 24/7 . 3 1/2 hours waiting for not 1 but 2 tires for a car dolly is rediculous. Not to mention the added 45 minutes of trying to decipher the uhaul web pageCLINTON E.

Number listed in email is not correct number. No one answered phone when i called to let them know I was running late. When I got to location, person there said he did not know about my reservation and did not know how to rent trailer out. Person he called was 10-15 minutes away. When that person got there he could not get the computer to work. He said he could not get the trailer checked in so he could not check it out to me. He did let me take the trailer and said we would settle up when I brought back the trailer. This took me almost an hour to get the trailer. (I was the only customer). When i returned the trailer the door was locked. The person who runs the place showed up as i was walking away.monica H.
People at location tried to say my light fixture on my truck was not manufactured correctly and that it had a broken piece. And then began to try and cut and break prices off. Didn't seem like they knew what they were doing.Mitchell T.

Our UHaul was filthy packed with mud and gravel at the pickup location. They had ZERO supplies. We went to UHaul@Pawnee St where the GM Jason Larkin was appalled at the condition of our rental. He then proceeded to blow, hose and mop the bed and ramp along with cleaning out the cab. That man won a customer for life.John M.

Do not rent from this dealer! I made an online reservation approximately 1 week in advance, completed the online checkin, and paid prior to arrival. When I arrived on pickup day, the location did not have the furniture pads and dolly I had reserved and paid for. I asked for a refund for those items, since I had paid approximately $60 for them. The salesman was initially going to charge me more money! After a few minutes, I was able to get the billing issue resolved, but I was still disappointed that the location did not have everything I had reserved in my reservation.Patrick R.
