There is no door to knock on or bell to ring to get the attention of someone inside the home. No phone number provided to call. I had to wait till I saw someone.

Unprofessional had to wait outside for them to come out and start the process of rental delivered the truck to them and had to go through the same thing wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

David HWe dropped off the rental at this location and gave the key to the representative there but the contract took forever to be closed out and it left us in an awkward situation where it’s showing we are late in returning and the truck was still in our possession. It was also impossible to get ahold of the location, both numbers I tried sent me straight to voicemail. Please update your phone number to make it easier for customers to contact the location since the customer service people explained they could only add a note on the contract.
LOUIS DNumber provided goes straight to voicemail the person I spoke with to leave the trailer said find anywhere up front and park it I didn’t sign anything and they didn’t check my return… I called 10 times on Sunday 2/18/24 10times on Monday 2/19/24 and 10times Tuesday 2/20/24 all throughout the day all went straight to voicemail and the mailbox was full…

Maynard Ctruck was filthy nothing was ready, had to see where u actually pick up the truck. much confusion when I picked up. truck pulled super hard to the left fought the steering wheel the whole time we drove. had a blow out.the truck should have been majorly serviced before that long of a trip. super expensive for what I got!! not to friendly either
dorothy hI’d be able to leave a proper review if I was even able to access the property. If not for the other trucks parked on the property I’d have no clue this was a U-Haul facility. Then they claim to be an after hours drop off facility but don’t provide an access code for the gates. I had to call U-Haul, to get told to use the chat in the app, to again call U-Haul to get permission to leave the auto transport outside the gates.
Paul HListen, the place was the place. Had it not been for the trailers and truck there I would have never known where to drop this off. This place should not be a location for U-Haul. I had to open a gate ( no signage) and knock on 4 doors before I knew who to give my contract too. Dude was nice, but your app said drop box( that wasn’t there). So take them off the list and just list actual U-Haul places.

mark pThere is a locked gate to enter the drop off location that I waited at for 10 minutes while calling the locations phone number. And nobody was answering and thankfully someone else who had to drop off knew what the code was and let me in and I dropped off the trailer with the owner who would barely give me the time of day.
