I had the truck reserved for 7 AM but the keys were not in the lock box. I waited for 50 min out in the cold before I could get my rental. It was a frustrating experience.Josh H.
Uhaul online billing is my problem, I have a pending charge on my credit card after I paid in full at the rental location. Not happy about that at all.LONNY T.
Weren't told we needed to do a walk around inspection or take video or photos of the truck we rented. But when we returned the truck at the end of the day, the drop off location inspected it and found a small ding in the sidewall of one of the tires and charged me almost $200 for tire damage. Told us if we wanted to dispute it we should have photos.DAVID R.
