BRANDON ITruck should have been full tank, not quarter tank when picked up. Was hard to return quarter tank.

I DO COMMUNITY WORK BY DELIVERING FOOD BAGS A ND BOXES TO FAMILIES AND ELDERLIES THAT ARE IN NEED OF FOOD AT THE ENDING OF EACH TO HOLD THEM OVER UNTIL THEIR NEXT BLESSING COMES IN. WITH YOUR VAN IT HELPS ME TO DO MY JOB FOR OUR COMMUNITY. I LOVE SHOWING OFF THESE CARGO VANS WE RENT EACH MONTH. I LET THEM LOOK INSIDE AT HAVE MUCH ROOM THERE IS TO HELP OUR COMMUNITY. GEORGINA KI MISS THE OLD CARGO VAN, BECAUSE IT WAS MUCH WIDER FOR WHAT I DO EACH MONTH. THIS VAN IS MORE, NARROW, AND THE ROOF IS LOWER THEN THE OLD. DON"T GET ME WRONG THIS VAN IS BEAUTIFUL, BUT BECAUSE I DELIVER FOOD BANK TO OUR COMMUNITY AND THE OLD VAN HOLDS MORE, NOW IT TAKES ME LONGER TO FINISH MY DELIVERIES AND WE SERVICE THE WHOLE ISLAND OF MOLOKAI FROM EAST TO WEST. MARK STHE PEOPLE WHO IS RENTING THE VAN BEFORE ME IS NOT RETURNING THE VAN ON TIME, THEN WHEN I GO IN TO PICK UP THE EQUIPMENT ( VAN ) IT IS NOT THERE FOR ME TO RENT. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IT HAPPEN TO ME. MAYBE WE NEED ( 2 ) MORE VANS ON MOLOKAI TO MEET THE NEEDS OF YOUR CUSTOMERS.

BRETT WDid not receive my Kamaaina Rate mileage rate. Drove less than 11 miles and got charged for 13 miles. Topped off gas at turn in and got charged for more gas. The truck would not take any more gas so I don't know where the 1.5 gallons of gas was put because it definitely didn't go in the truck gas tank.
Eric YI did have to reserve the vehicle over the phone once arriving at the location because the employee who handles the rentals was not there.

LORNA DReally friendly 3 wahine office staff back of service pit … everyone fast professional clean a convenient Uhaul process online.. new Chevy trucks and a $26 fee waiver if you clean up interior before returning .. gas is $$$ but when you need a truck you need a truck. A+

IKAIKA PI can't express how helpful they were, and how pleasant it was dealing with them. I will definitely return and use their services in the future, at least 4 times a year. Aloha.
KAINOA KThe people there were altogether wonderful. Our incoming flight was changed on it and Salina made it possible for us to pick up the truck after normal hours. The only improvement I can suggest is to offer a seat cushion for shorter drivers.

Joseph PWhen I made the reservation I was told, and it was printed on my contract, that my time of rental would be 7pm, Friday, to 7pm Saturday, planning for a 7am Saturday pickup for a day rental. I was called on Friday at 4:30pm that those times were impossible and I would be charged for 2 days unless I returned the truck by 4:45pm on Saturday. When I mentioned my agreement I was basically told "too bad, not my problem, do you want the truck or not?" We had to reorganize our entire day so we wouldn't have to pay for an extra rental day. The pick up and drop off was simple and easy, no issue there, but the service leading up to that was frustrating and misleading.

Joe BThey are very friendly. The rental rate is very good. As the island is small, they have a package that allows you to see the entire island without any additional mileage costs. Equipment is in good condition and no mechanical problems. Would definitely rent from them again.
