The check out process was super easy. 24/7 Online process was great. No blankets were left in the truck at time of pickup. Tried calling location multiple times. Left message and never got a return call. The truck barely had any gas in it.

ANNA MI would never recommend this place to anyone period. The woman in the office was rude they don't answer their phone I had to drop this trailer off at another location. Close this Uhaul place down or replace that rude woman.

ADILENE FLeft the tank with approximately 95% of the ORIGINAL fuel level and was charged 100 plus dollars and told I left it at a quarter tank. It doesn't even cost that much to fuel up my diesel from an empty tank. That is just wrong, the lies and the charge. I just want to be done with working with uhaul forever and unfortunately, we trusted Uhaul and did not document. The poor condition dolly was a nightmare the whole trip, requiring constant attention and then 2 hours away, the fender breaks in the wind as we are driving (at the recommended speed I will add). The fender of the dolly could have easily damaged our car or worse. It should have been retired and repaired long before it reached us...
MARK MNo dolly was available we requested in our order. They allowed use there office dolly and we returned it to them. The Auto trialer tie down locks were rusted/worn out and did not operate well. The Uhaul truck was in good condition and worked well.
Steven GAll I have to say is that my experience was outstanding. The girl that helped my was very nice, about and beyond to help to make sure I was taken care of. The hours and location was perfect. The price was alot less than others in town. I will be a returning customer and recommend to people I know. I will say that it would be nice to have a regular truck to rent. I don't have a personal truck. So it would be nice to have one available for rent when I need one.
