Have the correct keys in drop box.. have an area manager that you're able to get in touch with .. hire customer service agents who take time to review notes and more that will do what they say ! This place and service is a joke! Still waiting to hear from this oh so very busy area manager about giving me my refund !

she was 35 minutes late to open computer didn't no twork.....took another 10 mins to get it on did not have the supplies we had contracted for this is not a store, but an old apartment complex that they just stored 2 trucks on.....had to go to 2 more locations and waited over 2 hours for the supplies I booked this truck over a month in advance.....the night before we got a notice that there was no such 20' ltruck available at the Piedmont store in Atlanta. We drove to Fairburn Ga, then back to Decatur then to the Piedmont. They were loaded with trucks and 2 20' went out while I was standing in line. BS.........You did nothing more than pawn me off to a remote location to get a truck out of the inventory to drive one way to Florida.. I don't appreciate the inconvenience and the rudeness of employees. They were slammmed and I have never seen so many pissed off and livid people. The agent told me that there were over twice as many requests in Atlanta than they had trucks for, but they go ahead and falsely book whomever is on the phone because the booking scheduler is paid by commission on the booking. At the time I had booked the Piedmont store a month ago, I also booked and had a contract for Storage unit 10x15 in the Clearwater Sunset Pt road store which I have previously stored there and have rented at least 25 trucks, trailers etc over the last 40 lyears. When I got to the drop off storage to unload, I was told that I had no contract. I gave them a copy of the contract # and they looked it up and said that U-haul had cancelled the storage when they had to rebook the truck away from Piedmont to Decatur. Now they had no units available but had 3 of the 10x15 units reserved. Well if it is ok to cancel and rebook my truck, why is it not ok to give me the unit I had long ago booked and was never informed they cancelled. If you can do it to one long standing excellent customer, why can't you do it to another ......... isn['t it first come first serve now????? Your computer system is horrific, and the agent at Cleatrwater told me as such.........they agreed with me. I will never book U-haul again. I hope you bankrupt and go out of business and let someone who is customer friendly grab your market share. Dr. Richard W Blake........................

Needed better instructions for picking the up the uhaul. I was told to go inside the office to get the keys. Nobody was there working even though it was during working hours. I eventually found the key behind the seat after an hour calling differnt people and being transferred multiple times.

Investigation of your Rainbow Rd decatur, ga location, someone forged my name on a contract, I never met with a rep in person, she charge my card the day of the rental and then again 10 days later, on 11/13/18...I will bw disputing the charge with my bank this morning and filing a police report for the forged signature on the contract...I have no problem paying but when I specifically asked to use another card on Saturday 11/3/2018 I was told by a woman I persume to be Raquel she would call as soon as she came in the office she stated 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours...this is bad business, I will never use UHaul again...

The neccessary staff was not available to attach the tow to the truck I was asked to wait additional time which cost money. I had to pay my movers extra to attach the tow and the car. The office location was not easily accessible. My experience at this location was fair.

Building had no signage for U-Haul; smelled like urine. Truck outside was muddy, inside driver area not too bad. No supplies at site to wash truck. Had ants inside the back area. Truck ran OK.

There was no personnel to check the gas because I had put the same amount of gas when I picked up the rental U-Haul and I was charged $8.00 on my credit card. If personnel had been there at the drop-out I would had confronted this with them because I knew what I had put in the truck because I went over the line before the full tank line. I am very displeased with the service and will not use U-Haul AGAIN!!!

The uhaul was very clean and up to par. The associate Anderson was unprofessional and loud and not walking the new associate thru the process. It was very distracting but once that was over everything went smooth

I waited outdoes for 25 minutes waiting to enter. The woman was inside in the office in the dark. She was constantly on her cellular devise on personal calls during the transaction and the office was a mess! There was mess everywhere!

I always rent from this location because I hate candler road. They’re always nice to me and if they don’t have the truck I needed they will get it. Customer service is awesome and I got a discount for being a regular customer. I will always get my trucks from here! Awesome people

Horrible experience. I was supposed to pick up the equipment at 8am, but the staff did not arrive until 8:30. The charged over $100 more then quoted due to an error by their employee. I'm disgusted.
