I reserved the truck online 3/11/24 for pickup at 9:00 a.m. on 3/12/24. No one was present for me to obtain the truck. Luckily a person in the back of the location who had nothing to do with the facility knew the owner and was able to find him on a new phone number so I could call him. Finally with contact I was able to move on with the truck thru verbal from the phone call. On another note all was well except I only drove 56 miles and refueled near the return location with 4 gallons of gas which is where the gas gage was located when I started the round trip of only 56 miles. I was charged for an additional 2 gallons of gas which was wrong. If the truck gets 15 mpg for 56 miles it would be 4 gallons. Anyway I should not have had to pay for more gas. I'm not going to worry about $7.00 more on my bill but as a note in this review I felt like it needed to be stated.

The worker attached the trailer to my car and was very helpful. However once I was loaded at my house I checked the tire pressure and the tires were only at 36 psi and the tires were rated for 65 psi cold. I filled them to 60 psi and the drive was uneventful, but it might not have been with the lower pressure.

I'm being charged another day when I called and told them that the person who was supposed to follow me gets off at 2pm I dropped the truck off at 1:45 pm then I get a bill for another day rental that is not fair if I still turned It in

Clean the inside of the windshield. Try a little oil on the ratchet strap teeth. I had to go inside to let the attendant know that I was there to pick up a 20' box truck along with an auto hauler. He said he didn't see my reservation come thru. He was VERY nice, but a bit uninformed.

Make sure someone is there on the pick up date and time. Dont just leave the keys inside the back of an unlocked truck. That could of been stolen.

Really excellent customer service here. I had a flat on the way to get this truck. I called the location and they offered to come help if I needed it - No payment needed. WOW - don't see that too much these days.

Very hard to find because the building didn't look like Uhaul. Building was closed so had to do everything online over the phone. My phone didn't have good service in that area.

The guy working there had no clue what he was doing. He had no clue there was a truck or trailer coming in. He also said he could not provide a receipt that I had returned the U-Haul. All he did was take the keys and say OK thank you and turned around and walked off

For starters, make sure those managing the UHaul aren’t asses. The man who helped me with mine was rude. Not only did he have something smart to say, he looked at my boyfriend with disgust because he was a different race. He also ended up charging me more for my insurance than I had on there. He didn’t ask me anything except “do you have insurance” and I said , “yes, the lady I spoke to on the phone put the $14 insurance on my rental.” He went and upped it which was shocking when I got the bill for right at $200.
