the 6' x 12' non enclosed utility trailer with a ramp is the best designed trailer that i have ever seen. super strong, heavily galvanized steal construction, independent hydraulic brake system, tires looked brand new. i wish i could purchase one of these, they would easily last 30 to 50 years. the dealer was very helpful and friendly. the online ordering was very easy. the price was very fair. overall it was a perfect experience. thank youJEFFREY K.

Good customer service, and they are actually located right behind my home, so was super convenient. Unfortunately, I had very little notice to secure a trailer. I needed a 8' utility trailer but they only the enclosed cargo style available in the size i wanted. I ended up with the 12 x 8 utility size which was a lot more trailer than required for my task. I only wish Uhaul rental places could be open earlier in the mornings for pick ups instead of having to get it the night before and try to fit it somewhere when you have limited driveway area.DONNA W.

Prepaid cards aren't expected with doing Uhual. Took me two hours to get my truck. The guy in the office was doing his best to help and eventually got my truck but customer service and stores need more communication so that customers don't get different answers all the time. My experiences dealing with several people at the 800 number was unfortunately, frustrating and not helpful. I had booked my reservation on November 3rd for the 29th, weeks before the date needed. I received a message on my phone on the 28th, saying my reservation had been moved to another location. I then found out they did not have the equipment I reserved, nor were they scheduled to be open on the Sunday I was to pick up my rental. Fortunately for me and for UHaul, Alexander at the pick-up location went above and beyond after the 800 folks had dropped the ball, and was able to provide a substitute truck & transport. He not only got me taken care of, he came in personally on his day off, and went over everything about the truck and transport to make me feel positive and comfortable about the rental. UHaul is very fortunate to have people like him in the field, to take care of customers when their reservations have been mishandled.John M.

I would recommend this location only with the caveat to make sure the vendor itemizes the bill to show all of the hidden costs. For example, insurance was added to the bill without my knowledge. I didn't know that I was paying for added insurance, until I saw the itemized bill later. The next day, after I picked up the truck, I called the vendor to ask for an extra day's rental. He said no problem. However, he failed to notify the corporate office about that. So, I got a phone call from that office asking why I hadn't returned the truck. The vendor forgot to load a hand truck I rented. So I had to return to the store to pick it up, when I found it missing inside the truck. Other than that, the vendor was pleasant and seemed helpful.LEON P.

The storage yard needs to be bigger. There wasn't any one there when I dropped off the trailer. I called them on there cell phone that I was dropping off the trailer and every thing was ok. I left a note with my address and phone number on the trailer.Harvey D.

I would say everything was good except for being charged for equipment for 3 days after only using the equipment for 24hrs. Then uhaul customer service cant help because they dont really care about the customer. Then having to dispute the charge with them and the bank to release the money because they made the error . we had some mechanical problems with the truck during the trip. called for assistance and that department was very helpful. a technician was sent out at 8PM. The company called as a follow up the following day. The problem was not resolved but we were assured that if it worsened a new truck with a team would come to us and replace the truck, unload and reload the loadJoanne R.

All near my home drop offs were full of car haulers.....Snow birds are showing up and dropping haulers off everyday. Clearing the inventory with more room or incentives to get haulers back up north might help?GERALD G.

We were asked if we would be willing to change our drop off location when we picked up the truck. I was told I would be notified of the location and address via text. I never received the text so I called the pick up location and they said to drop it off at the original location. When we arrived they had no clue we were coming. But the owner was fantastic about finding a place to park the truck and verifying the truck had no damage and the gas tank was at the original level.Gale S.

The air conditioner in the truck didn't work, truck had been smoked in, and it was dirty full of pet hair. I had to rent it for a second day Cause I couldn't stand being in it the first day any more. Waste of money. The staff at the rental location was a very nice guy!William K.

The people were knowledgeable here, but as usual, the equipment is never properly maintained. I rented a 6 x 12 open trailer. Going back for my 2md load, I hit a big bump in the road and the trailer brakes locked up giving me whip lash. To add insult to injury, when I called roadside assistance at 8:15pm, they said it would be 90 minutes for someone to come repair the trailer. The girl was very impolite and even though I told her I was exhausted, basically said I just had to deal with it!!! How hard could it be to maintain a trailer??? No more UHaul. This is the 2nd nightmare in less than a month.John H.
