We could not take a picture of the truck for the return, this was due to Uhaul poor WEB Site design, making location service demand. This process with the Web site left a bad taste with us.Jacques F.

The big trouble was finding the trailer I wanted. Had to use a covered 5' x 8' but really just needed an open 5' x 8'. This location could use several open utility trailers!Fred M.

The new system you use for billing the customer and calculating estimated cost (mileage, etc) is a bit confusing. Also charging the credit card ahead of time instead of using a hold charge on the card is also confusing. The system ends up charging the credit card and then issuing credits. You should go back to basics.Clifford G.

This rating is not for the location (even though it is a run down bottle return facility) but rather for the equipment itself. I arrived for pickup of a 20' truck and auto transport trailer but when I picked them up, the trailer signal lights were not working. I was asked to drive to the local parts store and pick up an adapter plug but when I returned and we tried it, the lights were still unserviceable. I was then told to take the truck so that I could load it up and they would fix the trailer, so after doing that I received a call explaining it was not the trailer but the truck, and I should bring it to a local garage for inspection as it could be a fuse. I took the fully loaded truck to the location requested "The Shine House Auto Detailing" and spent an hour there but they said it was the wiring in the truck, and was then told to take to the local Ford Dealer in Bathurst and talk to Mike. On arrival to the Ford dealer, the front desk said it could be two weeks before being able get to it and there was nobody there named Mike (this really added to my stress level because I thought I'd have to unload the truck into another one, if available). I called the U-Haul dealer back and he told me to stay there then after a while a Ford Rep came out and said that they will take a look at it shortly as he had just spoken to Mike from U-Haul Halifax (who I must say is a miracle worker, you have to give this guy a raise). The guys at Ford were great after that but it still took a couple of hours before we could get on our way and can you believe the problem was only a fuse, something that the other garage should have been able to easily identify and change. I still had to return to Petit Roche for the trailer so I'd estimate we were delayed/side tracked with truck/trailer issues for at least 4 hours which was very annoying and upsetting at the time, but; I really must congratulate all of your employees as each and every one of them went out of their way to ensure the problem was rectified (especially Mike the miracle worker, whom I never even had a chance to speak with) and they were also very pleasant to deal with so kudos to your great staff.....EricEric R.

Nothing, the person was very friendly and efficient, only took a few minutes to get the paper work done and the trailer hooked up. My only thing is that I can't check in online because your site does not recognize/accepts New Brunswick driver licence number.Paul B.

Truck 2390 needed an oil change a new battery and new breaks. The light in the dashboard were on and breaking was almost impossible. The owner was not there and I signed that I took the truck on a cardboard.Patrice B.

Rented a 27ft truck. Leaked oil. Leaked gas. Filthy interior. Truck was nearly empty when I got it. Charged me $27 additional for fuel when I added $40 to go 25 miles total. I am stupefied that this is all in one rental experience.jason J.

Very easy to deal with. Very good communication. The yard was one giant puddle due to melting snow and the trailer was in the middle of it. A minor inconvenience which didn't take away from the good service.Dale I.
So first I went to the uhaul in bathurst made the appointement everything was fine, then only one day ahead he told be he didn't have the truck I wanted, so I was forced to take one in petit-rocher which you might not know, is not next door!! When I got to the location in Petit-Rocher, I had already made a application in bathurst but he had to make me do it all over again and the man was kind of lost so it took about 1:30, a day before I moved I could've used the time to prepare my stuff and to top it all off, when I dropped it off at the moncton location and ask for a credit for the trouble and the extra gas put in the tank, he told me off, so this was the last time I pay over 300$ dollars for horrible service, thank you and have a great day.JOÃƒ C.

well maybe CHECK OUT THE EQUIPMENT,, the truck i got had a broking arm rest and one of the cable to support the big door was broking and laying on the floor, whit the cable off,,it was hard to close the door,,had to get help closing itDEL C.
