Train your employees, to actually know what they are talking about when you give your customer an price. And then right before they rent you change the price. Very unprofessioal people, and defenilty not knowledgable at all.

The truck was given to me with literally no gas, they did comp me 16$ regardless renting a vehicle with literally no gas in it isn’t right. Was worried of running out of gas before I even left the lot. But the staff was amazing everything else was great!

No one way smaller trucks in Memphis. Had to rent two way from Texas back to Texas. Not pleased with corporate but very pleased with local company

LAOSAMOA UI rented a van from your company today, and unfortunately, I had a less than satisfactory experience. The vehicle I received was noticeably dirty both inside and out. The condition of the interior was particularly concerning, as my wife couldn't sit comfortably due to the abundance of dog hair on the seat. It gave the impression that the van had not been cleaned for an extended period. I believe addressing cleanliness concerns would significantly improve customer satisfaction. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

JOY HThere was a chunk out the tire causing truck to vibrate vigorously and you felt every bump in road as if suspension was off, after 3 hours of driving it felt like the truck didnt want to stop making aloud whining noise, and had to sit on break to get it not to push forward while trying to stop, almost like if trans wasnt getting ready to seive up which is wierd for a new truck with 80000 miles, customer services ladies where pleasant and helpful, truck did better once we gave it and hour break but also was scared to pull over in a small foreign town so we pressed on to our final destination

I asked for the equipments to be removed but forgot to mention the safe trip which I don’t normally get for in town driving, costing me an extra fee this single mom was not expecting. Besides that this is a wonderful location to rent from and it was my error of not double checking not them.
