Tried to find out if I could leave my vehicle there over the weekend during my rental. No at the location during business hours the day before my rental and the woman who answered the phone number they post said she didn't know anything about U-Haul. Left it anyway, but would have liked to have some contact before pick upANDY G.

I am not understanding why I have been charged an additional $50.00 feom this location as all I did is pickup the truck. There was nobody there and had to check three diffeent trucks ti find the unlocked truck witht the key under the seat. I set an appointment for a Saturday online but opted to work with someone there instead of getting it with the app. I immediately call to confirm that everything is a go. When I arrived on the Saturday, they're closed. The number on the door is for dispatch only since it is a towing company. Finally I call customer service for U-Haul and they inform me that since I didn't opt to acquire the truck via the app's 24/7 service that the truck wasn't ready for me. Common sense would say that someone from the location should've reached out to me. Fortunately the customer service rep changed it to where I could do it myself via the app. Do NOT use this location and apparently gone are the days of doing business with an actual person.Michael L.

The customer service at this location was absolutely horrible! I couldn't figure out why they gave me a bigger truck and all they had to tell me was I was getting charged still for the smaller one they just didn't have it back in time instead I had to call customer service. I would never use uhaul again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone I know at least not this location.Matthew K.

Rented car trailer. When I got there loaded the car and found out the driver side strap was short. Was rip from a previous user. Should of bin check before letting me leaving for safety and fixed before renting out. Guy never check to verify everything in good working order. Call u haul and talk to lady she didn't care send me to repair what the hell how long show I wate. Your dealer should never let it go. Returned truck afterhours and I was charged for gas when the truck was clearly brought back on a half of tank even after picking the truck up with it under a half of tank. I have a picture to prove the truck was on a half of tank when returned but the charge will not be refunded. Absolute horrible customer service. I will NEVER rent from Uhaul again!Taara H.

/reservation confirmation required me to go by a Uhaul location to have the vehicle inspected. I did this in Mobile. No one ever inspected the vehicle however we did end up with another rental. They duplicated our online reservation. Seemed that the inspection was not necessary. Also, I had used this vehicle 10 months ago for a similar rental. This location didn't have any furniture pads. We had to go to another location to pick up.Sharon S.
All they did is rent a trailer, they would not help me back up my truck or nothing. Very unprofessional. One of the straps was to short so the car that I was going to haul I could not haul lucky for me I had another car I could strap down, and did so after fight for 2 hour on the phone with UhaulTIM P.

The company is in the process of moving. After checking in, I was shown the trailer and left on my own to hook this 6 X 12 to my truck. Also, they had no supplies available. I drove a few blocks to a "real" uhaul facility to purchase an adapter for the lights. Upon my return, I had to ask for help taking the trailer off the truck. My moving day was almost completely derailed by UHaul. Got an email from them the night before assigning me to a location that not only did I not request, but that didn't open until 10:15AM! The movers were coming at 10 AM! Luckily customer service was able to find me an acceptable location, but if I has read the email later, they would have been closed for the night and I would have been SOL. During our trip, the right bottom tail light and left blinker were inoperable. It would have been good had these been checked before leaving the rental location. Otherwise, we had no issues and the staff was very friendly and helpful.MONICA R.
I had numerous problems during my u-haul rentals the past "4 week ends" reaching Customer Service; your system will not connect you to whatever number you pick to speak to someone but it just loops you back to the message over and over and over...you never reach a person. This caused me some issues on my last rental, which I called into Customer Service yesterday to get on record...they promised to send via email a VIP Discount Certificate for the problems but I have not received the certificate. We had a roadside flat tire late Sunday night and were unable to reach anyone for assistance...I actually had planned on renting one more truck this upcoming week end but unless I receive the VIP Discount certificate as promised I am going to other companies in the future. This was not my preferred site, and when I was directed to it, I was given the wrong phone number and got caught in a very frustrating communication loop. The lady who checked the truck out for us was very helpful, but we had to wait a while.MARLA E D.
The FIRST truck I was issued was clean, but it would not stay running. I was issued a SECOND truck, it had trash in the cargo area and in the cab area there was a drink bottle, plastic bag, shopping receipt, and cat food, and the seat was covered in cat hair. The gas was listed as full but it was only 7/8 of a tank, I stopped and filled it up about 4 miles away and it took 5 gals for a cost of $16. The pick up location was 20 miles from my desired pick up location and I ended up having to pay for 'over milage'. The vehicle worked fine, only problem was that the passenger door latch would not work from the outside. but it got nowhere near the 10 MPG you state on the website. So in review; I received a dirty truck, that cost me more in fuel than was advertised, and it was so far away as to cost me additional miles, which translates into more cost. Overall, I was not satisfied with the Uhaul experience :(WILLIAM L.
