We were charged for our rental a few times all different amounts when you call them we can not seem to get the person we need. We had the truck 10 hours filled it up and put under 60 miles on it and now we are charged almost 300 dollars and it was understood it would be fixed when we contacted them we were charged again.I would not give any credit cards or bank info.Sherman B.

My truck was not there at the time scheduled. I booked this location because it said I would receive $50 if my truck was not there, which i did not. I was then given a van-- two hours after my initial reservation time-- which required more trips than I had originally planned for with a larger truck. I was promised that this would be dealt with and I would be charged LESS than my original quote. Instead, I was charged more. My move was delayed two hours, extended by two hours due to multiple trips, and because of the delay I then had to move in the middle of a rainstorm. Absolutely would NOT recommend this location or U-Haul due to the lies and EXTREME inconvenience I suffered.Frederick P.
The app to return the equipment was not working adequately. The locations of the equipment pick up and drop off was a third party and the attendant was unable to assist me with troubleshooting. Called customer service and the wait time to speak with an agent was 40+ minutes. Although, it all worked out in the end, the app being the only way to provide proof of return is not ideal. When I arrived I tried to tell the man in the convenience store that I had a U-Haul truck to return. He gave me a lot of attitude and said he â€œdidn't have any trucks availableâ€ and that he would have to call his boss. I told him repeatedly that I wasn't there to get a truck, that I was there to return a truck. He seemed to have no idea what was going on and kept saying he needed to talk to his boss. He was argumentative and very frustrating to deal with. I was very leery leaving the truck there because I was afraid he would be vindictive and be untruthful about the condition of the truck on its return. The last place I returned a truck was helpful and willing to inspect the truck with me and said that everything was good. This guy last night said inspection â€œ wasn't his responsibility.â€œ I asked him if he could check the gas, which I returned at the same level as when I received it, and he said he wasn't going to do any of that and the boss was going to do it later. Location Convenient to me. It given this is a side business to a service station, little attention is given to it. I was not able to mobile check in and check out. The wrong van was attached to my account so I was not able to properly check out and am still awaiting my refund for returning early.Vasilios L.

The negative response is not to the personal of the location, they were very helpful. It is rather the nature of the business and the impression it made. When renting a vehicle to move my "cherished" items, renting from a storefront does not convey the stability that makes one feel secure that the equipment is taken care of. In an urban area where there are major Uhaul locations the choice to have the smaller location may have more of a downside then the upside of convenience.William H.

Nothing. I will never rent from UHAUL again. The vehicle was dirty when I picked it up and smelled like smoke. Upon returning the vehicle at 1:45pm(it was due back by 2pm) I handed the keys to the attendant inside of the location and asked her if I needed to wait or sign anything and she stated no. However, I received an electronic receipt about 90 minutes later which displayed that I turned the truck in 2 minutes late and was being charged an extra day. Additionally, the receipt displays that I drove the vehicle nearly 40 miles when I only drove the vehicle 14 miles. Upon calling the location I was told by the attendant that she would call me back in 5 minutes because the system was acting up and that she would look into the matter using her cellphone. After nearly 30 minutes elapsed, I contacted the location and was advised that I should have received a receipt because her boss was working on it. After waiting a few minutes and not receiving a revised receipt, I called the location once more and the attendant stated that her boss was still working on it. So, why say that I should have received an adjusted receipt if your boss was still working on it. **The official receipt states that I checked out the vehicle at 2:41pm on 8/14 and returned it on 8/15 @ 2:43 despite me returning at 1:46pm. I encourage the location to look at the security and traffic cameras to show that the vehicle was returned. If the mileage is over 2073, please look at the cameras to see if the attendant drove the truck.BRYAN R.

I turned in 24 pads n my trailer. I gave everything to the man on duty. He acknowledged everything was good n told me to leave. He left the trailer on the side with the pads in it unlocked. I called the location because of how shady that seemed n he said I was good again n that his boss was able to do the turn in till the next day. I folded them n put them in the back. We had a disaster using UHaul yesterday. We had started the online check-in when the manager said said he would finish the check in. We required assistance from the 1-800 number, waited 15 minutes on hold, and then the manager was finally able to process our order. We had ordered furniture pads and they had none. Ugh. I thought that was the worst part, but the return process was weirder. A stranger in the parking lot asked our name, to report the mileage on the van, and for the keys to the van. I wanted documentation that we had returned the van. She said the store had cameras and that I should not worry. She was not able to print out our receipt. Throughout this process, the store's other customers were the priority and we were asked to step aside so that they could be attended to. The really funny part is that we drove by a UHaul location with a hundred trucks on the way to our daughter's apartment. I should have made our reservation for that location. Based on our experience, the process of using local convenience stores to operate YOUR business is not a good idea.Deana B.

Management over charge me for my U-Haul my service was supposed to be $57.58 management charge me $98.64. and I only had the truck for 5 hours. I called management left a message and they did not respond back I spoke to the associate in the shop and he did not want to call the manager like he did when I first wanted to rent a truck.. The Uhaul reservation email we received said you pay at the pick-up site. The female employee there said you had to pay online. There was no option to pay online...we went back several times through the email link to check in and were never given the option to pay online. She held us up for 30 minutes (while serving others food) insisting that we pay through the app with an account we did not have. Finally she conveniently "found" a way to charge our credit card. This employee's actions will run people away from renting Uhaul equipment here. We're definitely never returning and will warn others.Albert J.

Cannot not think of anything to say about improving the service at this Regency Mart since the service was great. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Especially the gentleman named Amir. I was in a real need for a rental van and he was very helpful and patient especially when there was a 'computer glitch' that kept happening with the transaction details. At no fault of Amir. And the lady ( I did not get her name) with whom I returned the rental to the next day was also very friendly and helpful. I ad a very good experience with my rental thanks to all those involved at the Regency Mart on Quioccasin Rd.Frank F.
