The van was dirty and no gas. Uhaul customer service was horrible. I will never do this again. You overcharged me. It wasn’t worth it at all.

I am still in possession of the key after returning the car. There is no return lock box and all the customers service I speak to repeat the same thing to me. Drop in the orange box. Well that location doesn’t have one, and noone is physically there to assist.

The Uhaul reservation person should have been clear as to the pick up location, and cross streets. They should have also mentioned it was not an official Uhaul site.
