I booked a month in advance and found out a few days before that I would need to travel to a location almost 30 minutes out of the way of the original pick up location. It was really inconvenient. However, I found all the UHAUL staff I interacted with during the process to be extremely helpful and friendly.Brittany F.

Horrible service. The office opened at 9:00am, the sales rep did not come to the uhaul office until 9:30am. We waited for him, said he double booked himself and couldn't make it until he arrived half an hour late. We had movers waiting for us until 10:20am. Horrible experience.borjana T.

I booked the truck for Welland but they sent me to saint Ann's which I wasn't crazy about. The staff was friendly though Also the gas gauge was under what they said it was on the sheet.sandra Z.
This is a new location, more training is needed so it does not take 45 minutes to process the paperwork.Jim M.
Maybe this location does not look like a Uhaul building. The fellow was great who took care of me. A Uhaul sign of some kind would be helpful.Gary H.
