Brent BAs far as the equipment being clean, it was clear of any debris. As far as being well maintained, the only thing I can speak to is my experience while driving. It was loud, and had a ton of jerky type movements and I have experience driving these. But overall, it performed and got us to the destination and back. What I can speak to as well is an incident we had. We pulled into our yard to offload 10 and supplies for reroofing a shed only to get stuck in our yard, which wasn’t muddy but we got stuck. Nonetheless, we went to the app because we had bought insurance And asked for assistance. They got back to us to the tune of a $415 service fee I had seen as I was on the app where insurance was only five dollars if you get stuck in the mud so I’ll call it stuck in the mud insurance”. After I receive the quote for the service fee, I called the agent and asked him why we were being charged to service fee after having bought insurance he told me “that that’s why I tell you to stay on the pavement“ and that what we paid for was just collision insurance. Well, my husband and I looked at each other in dismay because he didn’t tell us about staying on the pavement, and had we heard anything about “getting stuck in the mud insurance”, we certainly would’ve bought it because we know our yard and, after all, it was only five dollars… Why wouldn’t we purchase it! I communicated to the on-site manager the fact that we weren’t told about staying on the pavement and had we known about the insurance we would’ve bought it, etc. etc. and I got the silent treatment. Then enter the neighbors. After hooking up a truck to the rental truck, then another truck to the first truck, those two with their torque pulled the rental truck right out of the mud! Thank goodness for the kindness of strangers and neighbors :-)!! I even called my insurance agent to ask what kind of recourse I had, and they were willing to call the insurance underwriters to see if they could get me a “Hail Mary” for towing insurance lol… They were wonderful to work so hard on a solution. Needless to say, the communication could’ve been better and more thorough at this location.

Regina SLocation was good but mobile check in was not good. Mobile check in needs to be streamlined, it takes way too long.
Graham WI had a last-minute urgent need, and was speedily helped. And when I forgot to remove a furniture dolley from the back, the owner had already secured it when I returned for it. Excellent service, and congenial.
JAMES JThis location charged me 150.00 for a "missing" dolly. I called this gentlemen and asked him about the missing dolly that wasn't in the truck at time of pickup. He told me to take one from under the shed. Upon return I replaced the dolly back where I got it in the shed. This place is ran by crooks.
