My opinion? There are no improvements needed at Reno Self Storage! Grace was knowledgeable, amazing and friendly with the most phenomenal customer service I have ever experienced at any Uhaul/ storage site. I walked in worried and stressed, but thanks to her, I was able to leave it all behind once I walked out. The storage unit rates are outstanding as well and I will definitely recommend Grace and Reno Self Storage to anyone needing a Uhaul truck or any other storage options! Thank you so much!

The lady barely knew what she was doing .. and she told me that it was 55.00 and when I looked at my receipt it was more..

The truck I got was in very poor condition, including a cut in the front tire. I called this to the attention of the agent. Was NOT offered a different truck. Next day, I got a call from a U Haul service rep. Too little too late. The truck was loaded and on the road. I am very disappointed, there were other issues as well. I believe I should get some sort or refund for my inconvenience and uncomfort for having to tolerate such unstandard equipment. I have used U Haul all the time and been satisfied. Probably won't in the future, unless I am compensated. This will also determine how I report this incident on social media, hope I don't have to. It's up to U Haul now.
