Absolutely the BEST experience I've ever had renting a U-Haul trailer. I will definitely be returning to this location.ROGER S.
The truck was filthy. The cab had sticky residue (like a spilled drink) all over the middle seat, floor, and cupholders. The cargo area floor was covered in large quantities of dirt, like it had been used to haul sod and not swept out. Location was very poorly lit. I will not rent from this location again.Samuel P.

My opinion? There are no improvements needed at Reno Self Storage! Grace was knowledgeable, amazing and friendly with the most phenomenal customer service I have ever experienced at any Uhaul/ storage site. I walked in worried and stressed, but thanks to her, I was able to leave it all behind once I walked out. The storage unit rates are outstanding as well and I will definitely recommend Grace and Reno Self Storage to anyone needing a Uhaul truck or any other storage options! Thank you so much!Stephanie B.

The lady barely knew what she was doing .. and she told me that it was 55.00 and when I looked at my receipt it was more..MISTY P.
The truck I got was in very poor condition, including a cut in the front tire. I called this to the attention of the agent. Was NOT offered a different truck. Next day, I got a call from a U Haul service rep. Too little too late. The truck was loaded and on the road. I am very disappointed, there were other issues as well. I believe I should get some sort or refund for my inconvenience and uncomfort for having to tolerate such unstandard equipment. I have used U Haul all the time and been satisfied. Probably won't in the future, unless I am compensated. This will also determine how I report this incident on social media, hope I don't have to. It's up to U Haul now.Joseph B.

Fire the district manager. My truck was double booked, I was supposed to get at Reno location. The manager knew about it the day before and didn't say anything. I found out when I arrived and had to go 35 miles away to get a truck. I am extremely unhappy with my experienceGino C.

Would not rent from uhaul again. The truck could barely hit 65 and was dangerous to drive with road speeds posted as 75. I don't know if it was a regulator or just a bad truck (1/2 filled with light weight materials). Slow speed caused lots of people to pass angrily.MICHAEL K.

look for a place that has storage buildings, you'll never know there is U-Haul there also. place is not so noticeable off the highway. needs a bigger sign to be noticed for people whom do not live in or around the paris area.Barbara F.

Hard to fine. We drove past it due to the storage buildings are located off the road behind another business. Lots of people move on Weekends and they close early in Saturdays. I didn't really know where to leave the vehicle. And since no one was there to help me at 12:15pm, I hope I left it in the right place. The worst part of the whole experience is Uhaul has a monopoly. I reserved a truck a week out. The day before I'm to pick it up I receive a call stating there isn't one in town. So Deb in Little Rock AR tells me the closest one is in Texarkana AR two hours away. (Which is a load of crap) I ask what about Ruston LA an hour away. They had one available. I bet there was one even closer. Come to find out there was one in my town. So I ask Deb are they going to give me a discount on having to drive two hours, to Ruston LA and back to pick up the truck and she said no but we are going to give you extra miles and a extra day. I didn't need extra miles because come to fine out they charged me for 270 miles for a 170 mile trip. That's $50 more in miles they charged me. Plus I didn't have an extra day to take off. What I wanted was credit because I had to buy the gas in my personal vehicle to go pick it up and I had to buy the gas in the uhaul. At least Uhaul should have credit me on that. I made reservations and for me to do Uhauls job and make sure I had a truck ready for me. Deb in Little Rock AR was hateful and pretty much said take or leave it. Poor customer service. What do you expect when you have a monopoly. It's sad that a company like Uhaul can't offer better service to their customers.GEORGE R.

Unhaul changed our pickup location at the last min. the new location was 50 miles away! they said it was because the one we had chosen didn't have our size truck, but we did drive by and they had the exact truck! we made our reservation wks ahead. The equipment was avail but had to drive 100 miles round trip to anotherr location. not happy at all. however, the lady we did pick up our truck from was wonderful!BARBARA A.

Make sure to check the roll up door before driving off, we discovered that the door was hard to roll up and down and it was almost impossible to get it far enough down to lock it.TOMMY M.
