Gilles G.David at the U-Haul location was an absolute joy to deal with. His customer service makes me want to use U-Haul exclusively whenever I'm in the need for the kinds of products, rentals, and services available from U-Haul, and I never want to rent or buy from U-Haul except from the location where David works. If not for David, my U-Haul experience would have been horrible. Three different times I reserved a 26' truck only to be called by U-Haul later telling me that truck isn't available. David was able to deliver exactly what I needed.

Linda P.Sarah, at Rent a Wreck, was wonderful. She provided all the information and help I needed to use the equipment I rented. I have no suggestions to improve service by Rent a Wreck, but the guidance on truck size provided by U-Haul needs to be improved. I rented the truck size for a "3 bedroom apartment or 2 bedroom house"--I had a 2 bedroom apartment--and it was not large enough. I did not have appliances or much extra stuff.

Lacey S.The truck was dirty and it had tires on it that were not for around Vermont dirt roads let alone the snow. It was wet and rainy, the truck slipped on the dirt roads going 25mph . I was going to do a second load but could not because we were going to get snow and I didn't trust the truck with the tires it had on it. So the 113.00 that I spent on the truck was not worth the money!

Diana M.The van we rented was dirty inside and out, we were pushed to “use the app†which I luckily did not since there is a $20 fee for doing so. The van had dings, dents and scratches that were not on the “online check in†which I was instructed “not to worry aboutâ€. I turned on the van to find a “low tire pressure†lamp illuminated. I was told to just check the tires. I asked that they fill them before we leave which with hesitation the man did but he said to check them every morning and proceeded to give me a post it note with the 1800 road side assistance number. Talk about renting a vehicle with no confidence. We did in fact have low tire pressure throughout the trip and spent some of our miles and time searching out gas stations with air and filling them. The tires were road slicks, the key fob didn't work which resulted in every time my partner or I would unlock the van, we would have to use the key to unlock the door, put the key in the ignition and turn on accessories mode then we could unlock the other doors. Needless to say it was really annoying to have to do every single time we entered the vehicle. Overall, I feel like the van we received was not well maintained or cleaned, we found a dirty dish rag behind the front seats as well as someone's key chain with key fob and keys which tells me that this location didn't even look the vehicle over before renting it out again. I would not suggest this location.

Tyler O.We ordered a UHaul on august 29th for a September 25th move. 3 days before we called to confirm our reservation. I was told we did not have a truck ready for that day. We called and our pick up site was changed. We were told we would have a dolly. Upon arrival we were informed that if we wanted a dolly we needed to go 20 minutes to a different facility and get it from them. During inspection of the vehicle the person walked right by a 20 foot gash in the side of the uhaul. Luckily my wife caught it or I feel we would have been held responsible for it.

JOSEPH B.Vehicle was clean. Personnel were very nice. But vehicle had non working rear directional signal and was out of washer fluid. I've rented here before with no problems. I really like this place. I hope this was an aberration. I will be checking directional signals and washer fluid before I leave the parking lot. You should have the renter check all lights and signals before they leave the lot. I will from now on.

David E.First, I had to wait to pick up the vehicle because the only person in the office had an appointment at the DMV. I left the facility around 11 am. I returned 2 days later in the middle of the day (approx. 12:00 in the afternoon) to drop off the vehicle and the owner told me to "GO BACK OUTSIDE AND LEAVE THE KEY IN THE DROPBOX." When they finalized my order, they said I dropped the keys off in the evening in stead of noon (12 pm), so they charge me for another 24 hours. When I called about it he played the victim, yelled at me, and said I was being mean to him because he's Asian. Go figure...
